Hi,
Wondering if a model release is required if the person or people in the video are not identifiable? Example we only see their hands or if they are facing away from camera? Will a close up shot of a light switching on be tagged as commercial if no release is attached?

thanks!

You may not think a release is necessary, but an ass-covering inspector may well disagree.

My advice: upload the item and see what happens, and be prepared to submit a release if asked.
