Title: My first sales in Pond5

Finally I gt a 4k sales in Pond5, price file set at $180 and I got $90.

May I know is it possible that refund happen in pond5? I'm just asking...Because for me it happened in dreamstime before. Thanks

I have never had a refund there.  You are safe.

Totally possible, but that probably happens before they post the money to your account.  So she is very likely safe on the $90.  But you bring up a good point.  Would be interesting to know who many sales are refunded that are blind to us.  My gut tells me if they do refund it is likely on similar patterns as the other agencies who refund.

Yes, absolutely. That is the reason behind the 3-day delay of the Pond5 sales reports. Better to not know it ever happened.  ;D It's so frustrating when your balance drops... Not good for the mood.

You're not alone. Zero. Zip. Nadda since January 1. Oh...sorry....one sale....I stopped uploading as well. An average of 6 sales per month to one sale in more than three months. Pretty obvious when an agency bails on me. Time for a fresh start with someone else.

I had another 2 sales, but one of the sales I set the price at $50, but Net license revenue is $42.50, and I only get $21.25. Why not get $25?
