You can read my questions now?  ;D
After reading their response it is obvious to me why you wrote to them. So the answer is yes.

Yes, my question was about their system, submission and reviews, Editorial and things that I do, so it wasn't technical "technically". The reply took a week. But in other instances, they have been faster and gave personal responses, not some boilerplate "expert" who probably knows less than you or I about how SS works, and then says, they will forward the question to someone else, which means two things: 1) It's going into a black hole and we'll never see an answer OR 2) It's going to the real SS assistance people. Where they will file it as #1 on their priority list. (see #1 here)
I didnt get an answer from them, which means they have problems, which means we may no longer see a quick solution to any issues, as was the case before. We don't see it yet.

Ive just had my first ever 0 sale P5 month.

I have been skunked 10 of 12 months in 2024.  I have about 2,500 vids and 3,000 images.

The way the pond support works now is equivalent to dismissal.

I have been uploading to Stock sites for about 2 years. I have about 1000 videos on Pond5. Mostly travel videos. Up until now, my video has only been sold once. I received funding payments 3 times. So there are almost no sales. Is this normal?

It has become the new norm for me as of Jan 2024. While I was getting 3-5 video sales a month with about 1500 videos in 2022, 2023, the sales stopped in Jan when Shutterstock got involved. It's now just a dead site for me and I suspect sales/royalties will be further eroded in the not too distant future, probably later this year. So the very few sales you make now will have reduced royalties.  I am glad MS is just passive income for me.

Shutterstock needed to be quiet after taking over Pond5 - though I get it needs to be public info for legal reasons. The problem is likely a number of dissatisfied customers of Shutterstock are also customers of Pond5 and when they caught on to Shutterstock taking over, they just left Pond5 too. The result is already weakening sales have now become rare as hen's teeth. Falling sales, falling prices and falling commissions presents a threefold blow to contributors and consequent huge fall in earnings.
