Title: not accept model release

I submit video with stocksubmitter and they refuse me model release a upload for all agencies.

Releasor's relation to the model missing

Hi, thank you for the upload! Can you please attach a release that also states the releasor's (Parent/Guardian's) relation to the model (e.g. Father/Mother)?

Got the same rejection. Interesting because it's not a part of the "standard" release that we use anywhere else.

I can see that the reason for the rejection was that it's not written the relation of the "Parent/Guardian" and the child (father, mother, sister, etc.).

The Content team has increased the security level for new uploaded files and now the Curators also need to see that described information, which is the relation between the minor and the person signing as "Parent/guardian".

Please, add the info to that same model release that you have already and upload it again to your Pond5 account. If you need assistance with the upload, you can send it to us and we'll upload it from here.

they accept photo model release but not the same release for video. I dont understand why
