Hello,

Has anyone else not received their Pond5 payment for March?

Pond5 says the PayPal payout was on March 13th, and my account balance is 0. However, nothing has arrived in my PayPal account today, March 15th.

same here. not received Payoneer payout

Stockhome Syndrome

I don't think I ever received a P5 payment before the 15th of the month, and here in the USA as of this writing, it's the 14th.  Plus, the 15th will be a Sunday, so it may not happen until the 16th.

In the last 10 years the payout was on 15th and i received the payment on 15th.
This time the payout was on 13th (p5 dashboard) but no paypal payment until now.

Yes, I did not receive the March payment, even though pond5 claimed it was sent on the 31st.

Same here.
My account shows that the money was transferred on May 15, but as of today (May 20), I haven't received any funds.
I contacted Pond5, and they replied that PayPal apparently reversed the transaction.

My April is on time if this can helps.

I had the same problem. I send them a message and a manual payment was made to me within 24h. Received my money in my PayPal account today.

This could be a SS thing (who owns P5). SS missed my April payment ($1500) so I patiently waited until May. Guess what? They missed May, too. I emailed them and, of course, they were like must have been a glitch, so sorry, we will get it to you in June.  So they get to hold my money for two months.  Feels like they are hanging on to as much money as they can by delaying payments until contributors scream.  That's what scummy companies do.

I've since received my money, though it was late.
Maybe they want to find out if someone has died. That would certainly be a good way to do it.
