Gladly i see that many of you are doing great with the higher prices on Pond5 now.
So i thought i also share my experience i made so far.
Thanks to the new price testing i just had the best month on Pond5 i ever had in my life, because now all my clips are set to at least 149
I have a portfolio of more than 10K and inspired by blvdone i set my prices much higher even before the price testing of pond5 started, but not on all clips, but it already made all the difference.
So i wanna thank blvdone for his great inspiration, and being so open about it.
Now that Pond5 sets the prices much higher on many clips, proves it even more.
So i can only encourage everyone to at least give it a try, to see how it can work out for you.

I wish I'd see this boost in sales several other people seem to be talking about. It's been roughly the same (after the 90% drop about 12 months ago when I added a set of clips, then 'slowly' climbed up a bit after about 5-6 months) - it's wierd - it's been about the same...
We'll see.

For me, it's not about a one off super BME. I personally prefer to see consistent month-on-month sales over the course of a year. The sales pattern should accurately reflect the amount, frequency and quality of clips which you upload.
If buyers aren't reacting to a contributors efforts to supply P5 with fresh and quality material then it means something's up at P5.

I'd like to see a P5 sales boost that some are seeing also.
Whats happening with P5's footage sales is strange and discouraging.
After having an encouraging 2023 sales trend - it ended abruptly the 1st week of Jan 2024 - no more sales since. Been 9 months. Have added to portfolio and get views but nothing more. See similar reports from others.

Happy for you, though for me pond 5 has only managed twice a minimal payout and have been there for 5 years now.
