I have not a lot of sales on Pond5. But already 2 sales this month (1 photo, 1 video).Like always, if you don't sale it is because they buy the work of somebody else one time your turn, one time my turn, one time somebody else turnNothing to be worried about that. So the life goes

I'm usually selling 12 - 15 videos monthly, and now no sales at all Hope this this will change or I am deleting my library from pond

Any simple mind can see that the goal is to pull buyers into that model so P5 keeps more of the money. From a business standpoint, it's a smart move. They learned something from VB. But for the contributor, especially the ones who do not get in to that special deal, we better worry. This model is FULLY INTENDED to do as I stated above. It's only a matter of time before we start feeling the pain....some may already be feeling it. As that "private collection"grown, sales will shift from the main collection to the private collection and game over. It will be that one sale every four months that will be the surprise. This industry is in such flux it's amazing. But not amazing for us contributors.
Isn't this the same as the Bigstock deal that everybody was upset about? But Pond5 is a popular site so they get a free pass. It's going to hurt, it's going to cut into you r earnings. Stop trying to find excuses why it's not going to hurt income.http://www.microstockgroup.com/bigstock-com/bigstock-video/Agencies will pay up front, flat fee, own their own content. Video, photo, graphics. This is the future. Remember when people wondered what the next cut would be? Can't cut commissions, so why not divert sales to the home collection.

You're right Mantis. House sales, designed to divert the contributors commissions.
Wait for three months before making conclusions. My sales slow but still happening this month.
