Title: Pond5 sales email

Anyone else notice odd reporting of sales from Pond5 like a day of missing sales and then a day of sales all grouped together?  A couple of poor days then one great one.

I know that there's a couple of days delay (I'm guessing two anyway?). Just seems like it's off and erratic.

So Sundays email should be for Friday's sales. Right?

It happens sometimes that a day is skipped followed by an unusual spike, yes. But it's quite rare now, maybe once every one or two months.

And you are right about the delay, which makes weekends a lot more fun!  :)

Well again today it seems odd. It looks like I got Friday's report on Monday. If not then I just had the best Saturday ever... 5 times or more so that can't be right.  Is it just me?

Their reports are delayed a couple of days (it was officially confirmed as three a while back), always.

It is normal.

Yes, I have suspected this too, as Wednesdays have become better. Have you been able to confirm it?

Officially not, sorry. We only concluded this because of spike of views and sales two days later.

In any case, it really does brighten up the weekends when everything else is slow. Good mental boost.

Sure does. When SS stops selling over the vikend, it's easier to get up when you receive sales mails from Pond :)

And when things go south over at P5 on Tuesday/Wednesday, the others pick up.

I've never had an email from a sale on pond5? Maybe I un-ticked something along the way?

On another note I had a large batch approved on the 4th April and they are still not showing up in my portfolio. It's been nearly a week? Is that normal? I've had other large batches approved since but again not show up. The number of clips in my portfolio hasn't changed either. Hope it's not a bug and I'll have to re-upload them as they were all 4K and took weeks to upload:?
