Not sure how many Stocksubmitter users are left here. For the past few months I've been struggling to upload photos using Stock Submitter on Pond5. Usually it gives me a "The server has timed out" kind of error and won't upload the file. Does anyone have some advise or suggestions to correct this.

From what Ive heard, something has changed at Pond 5 and StockSubmitter are working on an update to address that.

Never used Stocksubmitter. Why would anyone pay money if FileZilla uploads fine and metadata can be added via csv file.

Yup, that seems to be the ans for thw submissions not happening. But the upload not happening due to timeouts is a bit strange

I never pay money either. I use the free option with StockSubmitter.
Ive used Filezilla in the past with mixed success. I used it again recently with a new computer (latest version) and had 0 success with it.

Crazy, even after almost 2-3 months still keep getting issues on Pond5. The following is what I now get even though I'm using chrome and have tried disabling extensions, using incognito etc
It's amazing that this is not getting fixed and I now have a huge backlog of submissions on Pond5
