I have been trying to upload at Pond 5 through both their FTP and through their web uploader and neither work. Can anyone else confirm this?

same ...thank you ... i was becoming crazy trying to understand how ftp works here! lol.... now is working i sumbitted 10 clips ;D ;D

I tried the web uploader and while it is working it is VERY choppy and slow. They're probably still working on it. Trying FTP now.
EDIT: FTP still not connecting.

i now send a portable HD by mail to them. on large shoots the ProRes422 files are just too large for all the UL time needed.
-
It wasn't working back on Nov 21st and I only managed a 4 shot upload today before it crashed again :(

I was lucky, then. I got 25 videos uploaded today. It was pretty quick, too. This was through their web uploader.

FTP worked without problems for me right now. Only photos, no videos.

i got 20 clips in "processing" stuck....what does this mean? :o

Sometimes that happens. Click on the "needs edit" icon and they usually appear.

Dang. They did email me and admitted they were having server issues, but that they were fixed. Send them a email.

Hi guys,
I'd like to refresh. Registered yesterday on pond5, but ftp doesn't accept password and user (even though they work for the website). These are the same user name and password as for the website, right?
Ok, I'm a stupid blonde. ;) I was trying to connect all evening, but I went through the instructions once again and found the little text field where you set your ftp password that has to be different than the website one. (Sorry for the fuss, I'm sure I have read earlier it's the same password. ;))
