Title: Removing the referral program

Pond5 has removed the referral program (http://video-stock.org/pond5-removing-the-referral-program-is-dissapointing/) without any notice or apology. We figured out by coincidence when writing them about some details for the referral program. And they still didn't respond to our question about the reason for shutting down the program.

We had some customers and some income also. If we promoted the referral program they should at least warn us about. But no, they didn't care if we would promote it for the next five years with no new customers.

So much about the attitude towards contributors. We are very disappointed.

Had no idea. I use them all the time on my website(s), and would get referrals regularly.  Had one as recent as Oct. 16, and have referral income on this pay cycle.

They removed the referral program from their main site. If it is still active we can't confirm. Last income from referral was in September, and the last registered users were also in September.

This was their last statement via help desk; "The referral program has been recently removed, unfortunately."

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Will keep an eye on it and see if that referral's page comes down soon
