Why is it so painful to upload to Pond5?

Why did you quit P5 three years ago?

I routinely upload to P5 from my Mac via Fetch, both stills and videos. Never had any problem with it.

I use Transmit on Mac for everything, I never had a problem with Pond5

I wondered that too but was too polite to ask. ;D
Also wondered how long it then took to process each and every one of those files once they landed on the site. I find P5 relatively simple in that regard, but still… almost 13,000 files to process at once? :o
