Title: Will Shutterstock csv work with Pond5?

I tried in the past but wasn't able to get my keywords and titles to load properly. Is there a way to do this without having to go through clips one by one?

Is there an ability to download csv with metadata from Shutterstock? Can you point me to a link please?

I use the same files for adobe, Shutterstock, and dissolve(slightly revised) but Pond5 doesn't seem to work as easily when I upload the csv. Am I missing something?
