Title: Any experience with Zazzle?
Post by: Peiling on February 21, 2007, 10:34
I think I heard someone mention Zazzle in one of the threads. Curious so went to take a look. Looks like a thriving website. Would like to ask if anyone has experience with it as it is for selling custom tshirts, posters, mugs, cards etc. Sounds interesting but only get 10% commission it seems.
Can someone with experience at Zazzle give feedback? Thanks!

Can we add Cafe Press to same question?  I think you can set your own price there and they give you the difference.

Thanks for asking Peiling - I'd wondered myself.

Haven't registered at zazzle, but recently opened some shops at CafePress.  Haven't uploaded too much yet but I've had 6 sales total and 5 on this image http://www.cafepress.com/babyyorkie (http://www.cafepress.com/babyyorkie)  (a microstock reject :D).  You can set your own price.

I have a couple of items at both Zazzle and CafePress.  No sale.  I haven't dedicated them much attention yet, though.

My wife has a Zazzle site and she does okay.  We're not going to be retiring  and buying the cabin in the mountains yet... but it's like anything else.  Once you put the items up there, in time they sell.  I have read experiences of some folks who make a good living on Zazzle and Cafepress.  But these have to make it a fulltime job and they have hundreds of items for sale and also, many link-out to other sites they are involved with.
My son (adult) has a Cafepress site. He does fair as well. He sells graphic design tee's. All original art he's knock out on adobe. Most of his work is outdoors related, kayaking, whitewater and canoeing...  For him it is only a fun thing.  He sells a tee and some misc items weekly.  Again, not big money, just fun money.  I've tried to encourage him to put some of his designs up on the micros as illustrations.
They are both like any other type of site,  you do have to put some work into it.  And like micro, you need to keep adding fresh material to keep in the public eye.  I don't know the exact terms, but I'm pretty sure you set your own price for the items, they take their managing cut.  I think my kid clears 4 and 5 bucks for each tee. .....

The wife has been on a few different sites like that. She tried her photography (mostly landscape, b&w) on Art Wanted.  But that turned out to be pretty much a 'buddy club'. She'd actually get mail from others on the site bargaining and bartering for comments on each other work....  she tired of that phoniness real fast and dropped out.    8) -tom

It would be great if some of you could provide links to your (or your relative's) work so that we can see what sells on those sites.

Yes but

Cafe Press -> You need to pay some kind of monthly fee  plus the content seem to have quite a lot of junk and I am not willing to pay any fee esp not knowing how productive it is.

Zazzle -> From what I see and read is free to join. The content seem to be of a higher standard than Cafe Press

Spreadshirt -> I just found it on one of the links in a website and I just joined last week cos its free to join and it looks quite good. Not sure of how successful it is though. But I have always been keen to sell my works as shirts and tshirts etc. (Problem is they have high cost for product so I think I need an alternative with lower product cost. Zazzle seems promising so I am asking for feedback.)

Peiling, I don't believe there is a monthly fee at CafePress for basic shops.  There are fees if you choose to open premium shops.  I've only uploaded a few images in basic shops and so far , my earnings are more at CafePress with a few sales, at a decent markup, in a short period of time than on some micros that I've had hundreds of images online for awhile.  Yes, there is a lot of junk there, but that also means you're free to upload what you want and what you think will sell, unlike microstock.  Like I said in the earlier post, the image that wasn't considered stock worthy, brought in 5 quick sales at CP so far, at a payout much better than microstock.

Kiya,

If I remember it right, you can only have one item of each type in the basic store, that is, one print, one greeting card, one black t-shirt, one white t-shirt, and so on.  Am I right?

This profitable image, for instance, what kind of item were you seling it as?

Zazzle is indeed much more flexible.  The other day I took a look there and couldn't find my stuff, just the images, but I had set up some cards and prints.  I have to go back and check it better.

Regards,
Adelaide

Adelaide,

You can sell any product that you chose in a particular store.  Then you can open another store, or as many stores as you want, to sell additional products with different images.  I've used whatever products the particular image looks okay with and have had multiple sales for some of the same products.

I posted my Zazzle site in the other forum thread, but here it is again for shameless promotion:

http://www.zazzle.com/toontopia (http://www.zazzle.com/toontopia)

As far as success, I can't say I do all that well with it. I get sales every month, but it usually adds up to less than $10. I probably could do a better job of promoting it. I also had a Cafepress premium store for a few months, but I didn't sell anything. I ended up closing it. I suppose everyone's experience will be different though.

I've put you in my Fan Club.  This is so much fun!   ;D

What do you sell best?  I sold one card twice (this one (http://www.zazzle.com/hearts_card-137725582286468848)), but last time it was a set of 10.

Do you keep your share at the default 10%?

Thanks Adelaide! I didn't even know about fan clubs on Zazzle! I joined yours, too :)

I sold a set of stickers so far (this one (http://www.zazzle.com/california_poppy_against_blue_sky_sticker-217986682243530263)). I was greedy and increased my percentage to 20% :), which is the maximum not to get charged the credit card processing fees.

I have been doing these for some years, but can not say the money is big. All over I sell about one T-shirt a day.

I started only with Spreadshirt with my own brands and did a lot of marketing. I just made enough to pay expenses. Then Spreadshirt open a marketplace and I expanded to use Zazzle and CafePress as well.

Personally I like Spreadshirt best. They are cheaper on some products and premium accounts allow to remove their branding. One has more options with printing and placement, even for customers with designer shops. But both CafePress and Zazzle is bigger, so you have to use their marketplaces to get some volume.

Some of my shops:

Nautee Norway (http://nautee.no)
Autonaut master home (http://autonaut.com)
Autonaut @ Zazzle (http://zazzle.com/autonaut*)
My CafePress stuff combined in one premium account (http://www.cafepress.com/autonaut/)

Zazzle has a section of items that are organic. They don't have a monthly fee. You set the royalty amount you want over their minimum of 10%. You can read about it here. http://www.zazzle.com/sell/products/nameyourroyalty (http://www.zazzle.com/sell/products/nameyourroyalty)

I'm glad this thread got revived too. I would like to go check out all of your products. Will join all of your fan clubs.

I haven't had a chance to do too much with my whole site. Lost my regular job, moving to SC, leaving tomorrow. So I have been packing and moving stuff to storage. Once I get to SC I will be looking for a full-time job and getting back to adding products and promoting, etc.

edit: Thanks for all the compliments on the calendar cover. That is my horse, or was. I gave him away to a good home after having him for 22-1/2 years...didn't want him to have to make the SC move with me. He is in a nice facility with a barn stall and a 10-year-old girl spoiling him and riding him. I have lots of pictures of him on microstock, so he will be well-remembered. I have seen him in magazine ads, etc.

That was really a lucky shot. I had just gotten my camera, went out one morning and click. No filters, no photoshopping of colors. Straight out of the camera.

I bumped my royalty up to 15%. After a time, if nothing sells, I'll go back down to 10% and see what happens.

I checked out the posted galleries, very nice stuff! I must work on my site. I like the link to istock you did, azure.

I would like to add the flash panel of my products to the top of my gallery. I created the flash panel and got to the area where you copy and paste the html. I know where to put it in the code on my personal website because I built my own website.

But after looking at the Beta Advanced tab on zazzle where you can really customize your page using css and xml, I'm not sure where to insert the flash panel code. Can anyone help with that? I don't know why the last button you click on the flash panel creation area isnt "insert this flash panel into my home page" for those of us who aren't experts at website building!

I've been on Zazzle as SJS Creations since March of 2008, and a few days ago I sold my 100th item.  Mostly it's been small stuff (stickers, postcards, a few posters), but occasionally I get a decent big sale.  The traffic on it is pretty steady, but I advertise my store on Myspace, Facebook and Craigslist.  It's fun, but it can be time consuming sometimes.  If you want to take a look, my store is at the following link: http://www.zazzle.com/sjstevenson* (http://www.zazzle.com/sjstevenson*)

I've been with them for about 12 months or so, but it is generally slow - I sold some stamps in the early days ! :-[

However, I put some effort into creating a nice calendar of my best photos of Kauai, won a Best product award ( back in February), and the calendar has sold pretty well over Christmas. 8 copies sold for a total income (at 15% royalty) of $18.95! You are a bit out of control of the pricing as they had several offers on calendars during December which reduces the commission, but I guess a sale is a sale! Now I need to do a bit of editing and create a 2012 version of the calendar.

Good luck with your stores!

Thanks! I'm sure that part of the problem of overall low sales is the lack of appropriate advertising and linking to your products and so I have been trying to mention them in related blogs and web sites. I neglected to put a link to the calendar in the previous post - here is my blogged entry on the calendar to try to build some traction: http://www.backyardsilver.com/?p=246 (http://www.backyardsilver.com/?p=246)

On a different, but related topic of earning additional money, has anyone had success with Amazon affiliate program with their links to commercial products? On the same blog I did a review of the x-rite colorchecker and signed up to the Affiliate program: http://www.backyardsilver.com/?p=260 (http://www.backyardsilver.com/?p=260). Is this worth putting time and energy into?

My plan was to get people viewing my store first before I started counting the imaginary dollars ;)   ... then adjust my product pricing accordingly rather than being universal across all products. My one calendar just happened to be in that temporarily lower pricing as my store hasn't been out there for more than two weeks yet. I hope to cross 1000 products by the end of this next week though ...

I had some sales with a small store. Less than I had expected, enough to keep me interested.

Indeed, it is fun to create products on Zazzle and they have quite a wide range of products.

What I don't like:
- Previews are often cr*#%%y due to their ridiculous jpg compression. It must discourage at least some potential buyers.
- Legal issues: they have products with the Eiffel tower at night or snapshots of the Belgian royal family sold as postcards. Except for US Postage they seem to have no inspections, all products go online with a delay of a few minutes.

You have that rotating panel of products as well  - I can't seem to find the option to put that on the home page!

The site looks OK to me - I like the calendar (you have been to the same waterfalls as me - looks like Cucumber falls on one of them!).

I sold 8 of my Kauai calendar this December, and, while I was lucky to get a best product award, the only external marketing I had was to mention the calendar a few times during the year on my blog. It is also possible that someone searching for a specific location for a calendar is more likely to find one than a more generic places of beauty title? Maybe having it named and tagged as waterfalls may get more traction?

However, I'm only learning here, and plan to try to create a niche of products - although I missed the Christmas season with this product: http://www.zazzle.com/waiting_for_santa_card-137526653313345648 (http://www.zazzle.com/waiting_for_santa_card-137526653313345648), I think I will focus on a bengal cat set of products with cards, mugs etc. and perhaps some more calendars.

I had to go back and google it to figure it out. When you create a product it always opens up your flash panel after you've created it. You need to copy the code next to that box. Now go to "My account"  tab "store" . Under "Store Settings" there is the option to "edit basic information" click on that and paste the code in that box and save. I actually had a hard time trying to figure it out myself, that was why I googled it.
Here's a link to the google page also, but I still had trouble figuring it out from that page, but enough of a description to figure it out.
http://zazzletutorials.wordpress.com/flash-panel/ (http://zazzletutorials.wordpress.com/flash-panel/)

And thanks for the advice on the calendar. Actually the waterfalls are from North Carolina and Alabama. Where is Cucumber Falls? I've never heard of it.

Cucumber falls is in the Ohiopyle state park in Pennsylvania http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-64026943/stock-photo-cucumber-falls-in-ohiopyle-state-park-in-pennsylvania.html (http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-64026943/stock-photo-cucumber-falls-in-ohiopyle-state-park-in-pennsylvania.html). I thought your image for March in your calendar looked very similar.

Steve

Your welcome. Hope it works.
Actually March is a shot of River Falls in River Falls Alabama. It's in southern Alabama which is kinda unusual. The falls are usually up in northern Alabama. Heh if you've never been to western North Carolina and you love waterfalls, I'd suggest you go. Over 250 waterfalls in that area and they are beautiful.

How did you get that rotating panel onto your Zazzle page? I know how to get that into your blog or personal website, but did you directly edit the code on the Zazzle page to get it on your shop page?

Go To Associates / Promotion Tools / Flash Panel and it will tell you how you can customize a new one. I put it into the description field under "basic information" under "Description" at the end of my introduction ...

I just have not had any luck with Zazzle. I don't know if I have the wrong products or what it is. I haven't had one sale. I kinda gave up on it. Do most of you have websites you market it on? How do you go about it?

You have some nice stuff, I can't tell why something sells or not.  In my store, I have very little of photography, those are basically as cards.  My illustrations seem to sell better though as stickers and buttons, even the most simple ones.

They suggest us to be very selective when keywording, having the main five first.

Maybe that is my main problem is the keywording. I'll have to go back and check to see if I've done it right. I don't have that many illustrations. I need to get back into that, but just haven't had time.

Thanks all, for your help in putting one of those rotating Flash product bars on my Zazzle store!

I investigated the promotion of Zazzle a bit more and came across an interesting gadget that shows the top products in any particular search, and if someone uses the gadget to buy one of the products, you get a commission for referring them to the site. It can contain your own products, but I think it makes more sense to show the best selling ones on the site and get some referral earnings based on those. The site with the details (it is called My Zazzlit) is http://www.highton-ridley.co.uk/tutorials/zazzlit-gadget-tutorial-adding-it-p1.html (http://www.highton-ridley.co.uk/tutorials/zazzlit-gadget-tutorial-adding-it-p1.html).

Here is my example in the left hand sidebar of my blog - I used "Valentine" as the search term, but will change this as the year goes by. http://www.backyardsilver.com (http://www.backyardsilver.com)

I've no idea how successful it will be, but it takes little effort as he gives you the code and explains very well how to customize it.

I pretty much gave up on microstock because of the low commissions - and the feeling they're likely to go lower.  As stock, my images don't sell often enough to pay back the time spent on them.  But I think some might do well on t-shirts and coffee cups, so I'm getting interested in CafePress and Zazzle.   Those sites have their own forums but I think I'll get better information from the more technical and experienced people here.

One thing I found out right away is that Zazzle gives you tools to size and position your images on their products, whereas CafePress required you to modify your images.  On that score alone, it's Zazzle by a mile.

Initially though I'm somewhat put off by the base prices of the products, leaving little room for markup.  Are these prices fair and reasonable, or are businesses like Zazzle just another poke in the eye, like microstock, that make their money by constantly pulling in naive new contributors as old ones burn out?

My expectations are low, I'm not expecting some miracle, it's just that I've concluded that microstock is basically a racket that exploits photographers, and I'm hoping Zazzle is different.  Yes, they're in business to make money too, but microstock has deteriorated into instability and unsustainable pricing and I'm looking for other photographic outlets.

[UPDATE]
And I just noticed, in another thread, that Zazzle now withholds taxes, so there went 30%.   The whole 'image' business is like a popsicle melting in the sun.

I have a Zazzle account for a couple of years, but only started creating articles in January 2010 after some friends reported sales and I had a couple of sales with only a few products. As my store is getting lager, my income is getting better there too. Zazzle has spikes around holidays like Valentines Day, East, Mothers day, Fathers day, Halloween, and Christmas. November and December are the best month with a big spike in November. I have an account with CafePress too, but I only work now with my Zazzle store, because I find CafePress more time consuming and I don't link to have a fee that I have to pay.

Here is a link to my Zazzle store http://www.zazzle.com/hlehnerer (http://www.zazzle.com/hlehnerer)

The income is still behind Shutterstock for me, but if it increases from month to month like last year, then Zazzle will be my best earner pretty soon.

Has anybody sold an iPhone/ iPad case on Zazzle?

Mousepads seem a waste of time to me, never sold one. I suppose very few people buy them these days, since modern mice do not require them. I didn't have much luck with mugs, either - they seem relatively expensive compared to traditional retailers.

I sell mostly postcards and magnets.

So far I only sold only one iPad case.

At work I am always surprised how many people still use a mouse pad with an optical mouse, where it is not needed. There are some desk surfaces that create problems with optical mouses, because of their (I guess) reflection factor.

I just started setting up some products on Zazzle and the first thing I'm noticing is that that for each product you have to make 2 selections from a totally pathetic, completely inadequate set of 'categories', none of which relate to my images.  So it's just like microstock in that regard  :)

You only need to select one category, the second is optional.  In a few occasions I did not fin any really suitable category, so I selected a more generic top level (you don't have to select the sub-sub-sub-category in a list).

You have really worked hard on that store - some nice customizations. I've been trying to come up with interesting takes on products, but at least with Shutterstock you get some pretty immediate feedback when you upload images - it seems to take a long time for a sale to come along with Zazzle!

Hi guys,

I've been on Zazzle for about 5 weeks now, got a TBA on 12/18/2010 and some nice comments as a result--but no sales yet. Guess that's not surprising since I don't even have 100 products up and haven't started any marketing, unless you call this post a first effort.

I actually joined Zazzle for a couple of reasons. Although I've been a photographer for over 30 years, I have little interest in stock photography and devoted most of my microstock submissions to fractal work. Alas, the micro industry seems to have decided they hate fractals now. I used to get 100% acceptance, now it's like 95% rejections--end of market for me. My second reason was because after 3 or 4 years on Red Bubble (but no submissions since first joining) I made a rather surprisingly large sale of one of my prints and a couple of greeting cards. So, since microstock seems dead for my kind of work, POD looks like my new venue. Just have to learn how to market my little store

BTW, I've joined all your fan clubs.

Here's my store link:      http://www.zazzle.com/pelmof (http://www.zazzle.com/pelmof)*

Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I did not get an email notifying me. Multiple people just started commenting on it with congrats  ... then I researched the forums and found out that there is suppose to be an email that is usually delayed and you find out from other sources usually before you ever see it ... if it comes. Then I was able to actually see it before it rotated off the graphic links on Zazzle's front page. I got a screen grab of it for my own documents  :)

Hi
Is it possible to create automatically in one step with one image all products what they are selling, to choose categories, and pick keywords etc, and after that you just uncheck products which are not suitable for few of them?
Or to make one product and after that to choose few other product and apply categories, keywords etc from first one? After that we can just to go thru new products and make enlargements or repositioning of image?
Second stupid question.
Why they just dont offer to buyers to choose our image/s and make they custom product by themselves?
Is it something above possible or I miss something?

Hi

Yes, although I am not 100% sure it does all you want. In your account, go to products, and on the top left you find a "quick create" button. I only tried it once, and I didn't like it. Maybe I'm too meticulous, but I prefer to create products one by one, or taking one previous design and replacing the image to create a new one.

Quote
Or to make one product and after that to choose few other product and apply categories, keywords etc from first one?
No. You can create different versions of the same product, let's say, first a horizontal card and then a vertical one. But I do a lot of copy & paste from one product to the other.

Quote
After that we can just to go thru new products and make enlargements or repositioning of image?
I don't know what enlargements you mean.  You can always pick one product and change something in the design, but you have to save it as a new item.

Quote

I have already thought of that, maybe a buyer sees an image as a greeting card and wants it as a mousepad. It is possible, technically speaking, but I guess it isn't how they designed the product creation and all the programming behind it. Also, many designs are not just the image, but image + text.

Excuse a really ignorant question following on from the above.

I am uploading one fairly large image which exceeds the resolution requirements for each category then tinkering with it using the design tools so that it looks ok on the specific product.

Is this ok or should i be uploading a seperate image at the recommended size for each product?

The whole thing is fascinating, working out what has a chance of selling is (for now) intriguing. It's just a a shame that this info isn't available ( similar to number of downloads on the microstock sites).

I try first one and start picking products. As you mentioned It is tricky. After few I press one of wrong buttons and it calls me back over again. I start it from begining and application turns me to side to which I think I want to. To Apply categories and keys etc to all products. After that (lets say 24 or more hours they say that you can customize size (fittings) of images in particular products, as potential buyers can.

If you go to your "My Account" page, and go to your products, there on the bar you will see a "sort by stats" link.

You can see stats on which products are being looked at by day, week, month or all time.  Fun to play with? YES!! But it's like counting views. Doesn't mean much of anything. Sometimes store owners will open your product so they know how to keyword or categorize their products.

As for the one click quick create, I don't use it. I prefer to make my products one at a time.  There is nothing more annoying than looking at the new products page and seeing 463 tee shirts, different styles and colors, with the same isolated apple design on them. If you're going to make a product, you should be more interested in making a product that is going to sell, rather than just anything to fill your store, IMO.

TBAs are fun to get, but aside from a tiny little award on the page, they don't really mean much in the end :) But, again, they ARE fun to get. The quickest way to know is to check your comments, people are usually quick to congratulate the winners of the latest awards! The kudos sure feel nice, too :)

I always try to upload the largest image I have, because then you have the most options design-wise.

Thanks for the tips. I also avoid the quick create function. I try to crop my images in advance by the proportions given in the guide files. It seems to make it easier to make them fit various designs.

RGebbiePhoto  (http://www.zazzle.com/rgebbiephoto* (http://www.zazzle.com/rgebbiephoto*))

They are fun to get.  I got one for a Water Color Tie on Jan 18 . . . . . . . brought a lot of "Fans" but it didn't bring a lot of sales.   :o

I have had a what I felt was a great start at Zazzle with 59 sales in about five weeks. Most of which were smaller commission items but I am still very happy with the results ...

WT*bleep*???

I'm working on setting up a store for my vintage art collection, and just noticed that my store title and description changed on the front page.  It returned back to normal after a refresh, but I'm still wondering if anyone else has had this happen before.

Did anyone answer OP's original question about 10% commission? You can set a different commission rate, but how does it affect sales?

I have having some difficulties in setting up different store categories. The changes don't take effect immediately.

I read on Zazzle's forums most folks set their commissions between 20-30%, so I set mine at 25%.  Can't tell you about sales though, because my store isn't live yet.

Set mine at 20% with the idea to increase that if sales do start to come in at any constant rate.  I have only been at it for 3 weeks (700 products) so am not sure if that strategy is correct . . . . .  time will tell.  Have had 2 TBA over the last two weeks but no sales yet.

Earlier today I was working on my store, and then in the front page (as buyers would see it), instead of my own presentation, there was a text regarding adult t-shirts (advising people to change their settings to be able to see them). I was puzzled, but it disappeared when I refreshed my page too.

Mine are set around 20%, it depends on the products. Postcards are set as 40% for instance.  I can not tell if sales would be higher at 10%, but I believe it would be a minor point for decision if a buyer sees two products with slightly different prices - let's say $4.00 and $4.50 - unless he is buying large quantities.

I've been setting up a Zazzle store and all the products too expensive to me, so I set my commissions low.   How many people are going to buy a $25 t-shirt or a $15 coffee cup, on impulse?

I also find products expensive, at least some of them.  US$25 for a t-shirt may not be too much, if the design is special for you.

I was concerned about the cost at first, too, until I realized the products are all custom-designed, limited run items that can't be found anywhere else.  I routinely pay $5 - 30 for new limited edition post cards on eBay for my personal collection.

I'm not really complaining about Zazzle - I do realize that a POD one-off has to cost more than a mass-produced item.  But while I understand the reasons, I'm pessimistic about the business model at this time.

Stumbled on an answer on Zazzle's forums...apparently it's a known glitch.

And woohoo for me!  Just noticed I had my first sale the day after I started uploading and my full store isn't even live yet.  Gives me some hope that Zazzle sales might offset some of the 20% loss experienced last year with the micros.

I agree.  Actually $25 for a quality t-shirt is more than reasonable.

just curious, when you reach a certain amount to qualify in the zazzle pro seller program, do you need to apply or is it by invitation?

Hi redwater,

Supposedly it's automatic but I hear there's delays in them actually granting people the new status.  I'm more excited about the fact that I've reached that level so quickly, rather than actually being given access to any benefits associated with that status.

When does one reach PRO status? Is it three months making a $100,- each month or just reaching $100.- in total? I have read both.

I have read both too but I'm assuming you become a PRO seller after making at least $100 in three consecutive months.  If it was just reaching $100 in total, I would have reached PRO back in September, my second month of joining.  I know there is a delay being awarded the status but I don't think it's that delayed or that they would make it that easy.

I don't count my products.  You're free to go in and have a look at the link I've left above and count for yourself.  I've no interest in it.  I'm only interested in how many sellable products I have and a lot of the earlier products I created (which is most of them), when I going through a learning curve, I'm not overly keen on.

It's $100 earnings total, which most agree is a bit low. They'll only be 'inviting' new prosellers quarterly, so maybe things will happen at the end of March, if they make it April, I might just make bronze - no great shakes but at least you get a pack of free business cards.

I've been there 14 months, so it's not enough to give up the day job (if I had one!), and I didn't really know what I was doing for the first 6 months, i.e. putting photos on products and hoping they'd sell. It takes a while to find your niche, but maybe stock photographers (I'm not one) have a head start there.

I don't understand the Pro level requirements as I passed the $100 mark in March 2010.

Since then nothing happened and I'm about to hit Bronze level soon.

I asked Zazzle but they just wrote back that they are working on the program for 2011 which appears not to be released yet. No answer to my question why I wasn't bumped into the Basic Pro level early last year.

So I'm just confused.
Title: Re: Any experience with Zazzle?

The basic Pro level requirement was different last March - then you would have had to earn a minimum of $300 over three consecutive months - $100 per month average. Since they changed the plan just before Christmas, I don't think anyone has been made proseller yet.
But who knows, the way Zazzle works is a mystery.
