Hey,
I have a question to those who sell prints on Artflakes.
Lately I sold a print which is set for 50% markup share for me and in the sale details it shows 20%. Also I can't find out how they calculated the price as the € is not matching the 20% or 50% of the sale price.
Anyone can tell how they calculate it? Is there a markup issue on their site?

Ok, now this is a serious WARNIGN!
I asked Artflakes few times by email what is the reason that I got 20% against my 50% and in feedback I keep getting answers like below:
"Here it comes: 20% is the default value. We don't have any right (except IT) for changing this value - may you forgot to adjust it to 50%?"
"There is no way to change the value except by your own. (we are very interested in higher sales) ;)"
"It can only be sold with 20% in case you steed it up for 20%. No bugs, no interest to change anything in your account from our site."
I ask them in English to explain what has happend and why my mark up share is not the same as I have set it before the sale came up, and I feel like they don't understand English at all..."
Again - I have set it up on 50% and not 20%. Something is very worrying here!
