Title: Cracking day on Zazzle!
Post by: TheSmilingAssassin on May 06, 2011, 22:00
I normally wake up to one or two sales on Zazzle each day or every second day.  Sometimes these are nice big sales or sometimes they're sales of keychains or stickers that are nothing to write home about.

Today though, I had six sales, from different buyers and all but one were multiple sales, already bringing me to the half way mark of what I average a month.

I'm wondering if it was just a one off thing or whether others have also noticed a boost in sales today/yesterday.

Normal for me.

Hmm, I had two more sales after I wrote that.

At least Zazzle is making up for incredibly slow month I'm having with microstock.

I sometimes have sales every day with more than one, but mostly I have sales every other day. It's been normal for me.

So what seems to sell best out of curiosity? For me, it's magnets and posters.

I sell mostly business cards but that's what I promote the most.

I'm jealous. I'm happy with a sale per week.  ;D

Earlier this week I had a nice sale of buttons and the week before a very good one of business cards (same buyer ordering 4 different sets, I suppose with 4 different names) that got me a volume bonus.

Don't be, I have the odd drought that goes for a week or two now and then.  When that happens I panick and think that Zazzle turned off the lights on my store.

You've just started on your business card collection.  You'll get a lot of repeat customers over time and you'll notice you get more sales.

I also do well with invitations.  I don't sell them often but when I do it's usually a good sale.  I sold 250 yesterday on one of my sales and it earned me just under $50.
