The last communication I have from FAA in my mailbox is about some sale
Couple of weeks since then I wanted to submit a new work and got the following message

This account is closed.   If you would like to re-enable it, please contact our technical support department by filling out the form

The support is not answering for about a week.
If there other people having the same problem?
Was FAA or me personally hacked?

Are you using a paid account? Is it possible that the auto-payment didn't go through (e.g. if you had to change your card since last year)? They don't tell you about this, you only find out when you get that account closed message.

If it's not that, no idea, sorry.

Not getting a reply from Support is no surprise - it comes up on their forum frequently.

Create a new account and use it to post your question on their forum - that tends to get a response.

The forum admin is likely to tell you they already replied and you must have missed the email. Then she'll try to take the discussion out of the open forum. But she may get it straightened out.

Happened to me, and my site went up after a day or two without me having to connect them. If yours isn't up by Monday, you'd need to see what they say.
I don't actually like that system of having it on an auto-pay which isn't a DD or SO, but at the time I joined, I couldn't find an alternative.

Good luck getting it sorted.

Here is a final(most probably) update
1)they refunded the recent annual charge
2)locked a topic with my message on their forum with the reply not to bring it up again and with the promise to send me a email with explanations within 3 days which never came

I suspect they accidentally lost my account for some technical reason but dont want to admit it

They have no fewer than 3 admins for their forum and any critical threads are quickly locked.  If you talk about anything related to sales, they designate it a "sales thread" and show your average monthly sales next to your name and avatar.  This is actually a privacy violation in my opinion, but it sure has worked as a way to discourage criticism. There's a lot less activity on their forum now and some people (like me) just don't post there any more.

In my own personal experience I found the owners to be arrogant- they will look down at most artists and unwilling to listen  :-[

And from what I've observed do nothing about copyright and trademark violations. I guess their claim is "art expression is exempt from rights" Wanna see one? Secretariat the horse has identity protection as a famous thoroughbred, the photographers image is protected by Getty rights. Someone could argue it's a derivative but really, apply a filter to a borrowed image and it's creative?

Left FAA, Right Getty Images. I really don't think you can do this legally.
