Have any of you Zazzlers looked at their stores today. The new layout went public today. Horrible. I have business cards and they are broke down into categories by occupation so it's easy to find the occupational business card. They only show 12 of the categories. Only occupations A thru 1 B. In the side bar they only show 7 of them and to see them all you have to click "see more". I looked to see if you could customize so all categories could show and it's not there. There is very little customization properties to do with the store now. Oh and the header image is gone and background color is white. Of course it won't be a problem to get the header back but not option to change colors or layout anymore. You need to check out your stores. I feel sorry for those who paid to get their pages customized.

most sites will adapt this "horrible" look soon.. :) this is the new trend: "touch compatible layouts"

My sales have been going down ever since they tried to cram the 15% down our throat. I'm only making half of what I did before. I got a gut feeling this is going to kill sales especially if you make sales through your store rather than search feature. I think the layout they had for the main Zazzle homepage looked much better before. I haven't been in the forum yet, but I'm sure the topic is probably already several pages! I'm afraid to give any feedback on there for fear of being banned again.

users moving in droves to mobile is one of the reason of the fall in sales in my opinion, both for Zazzle and e-commerce in general, maybe i'm an old fart but a small screen is just not inviting enough and there's no space enough to convey the right buying experience.

Wow. On one hand, I like the open, airy white space. But the type hurts my eyes and it is HUGE. I am getting older, but I sure don't need to see things that big. It feels like they are yelling at me. The only way I will really like it is if sales double. By the sounds of it, that's not the case.

I used to have a smartphone, I still have a Galaxy Tab and ipad and I didn't/don't really buy anything with either of those. I use my computer. Guess I'm an old fart too.

I have a Zazzle account.  I occasional sell stuff, get the email and see a 30 cent profit.  I don't even remember my user name or password as I haven't logged in for two years.

It's just a mess.  I have products showing up in the wrong categories - but when I use the 'manage store' page, all the category assignments are correct, so I can't fix it.

Gave up on this company long ago.  Change the name from Zazzle to Fizzle.

Wow, yeah big change.   I saw the preview screen shots of the new layout in the forums and they didn't look too bad.   My stores survived pretty well, but now that only 12 categories show on the front page (and no obvious way to see the rest), I am going to have to reorganize all my stores down to just 12 main categories then use sub-categories below that.

It does have a bit too much white, but whatever.  Maybe it will look better once I get a header fixed for it.  Now that they have standardized the stores, I assume they will be able to make appearance adjustments to the site as needed.

I had planned on opening a store with them but instead will go with Cafepress. The navigation of Zazzle is TERRIBLE. Too hard to do or find what I needed.
