I love the idea of a direct link like this on my FB. BUT

I absolutely do not want them to send a notification to ALL my contacts EVERY time I post a new image. If fear becoming a real pain in the proverbial for those people I know who are NOT interested in the photo side of my life!

I guess there is no way to control this.....?

There are tick boxes at the bottom of the edit page if you want to post your image on  facebook (personal and fan pages) and twitter, default is yes.

Am I right that this is not new to FAA? I use it for a long time... What am I missing here?

I'm probably behind the times with this technology - I only started F B a few months ago! The bit that concerns me is, as per the FAA marketing blurb:

"Just imagine - each time your upload a new release to Fine Art America... all of your Facebook friends will know about it, instantly!"

I simply don't want this. I love the idea of the sales add-on to my FB. But as far as notifications are concerned, I want to be more in control, and not be creating loads of spammy notifications (automatically)  to people I KNOW are not interested.

I see no option to modify this automatic sending of notifications...but please can anybody tell me if they have discovered a way...

When you upload a photo there is option to uncheck the FB, TT or other sharing options... Edit image window.
