Title: Update your Payment Settings on Zazzle!
Post by: chrisbradshaw on May 15, 2015, 08:57
NOTE TO ALL SHOP KEEPERS:  My payment for May was cancelled so I called Zazzle and they said that they had sent an email back in February to all shop keepers stating we needed to update our payment settings.  All payemnts to shop keepers would be withheld until this was done.  I did not receive the email, and now I have to wait until next month to get my payment that was due to me today. If you haven't done so, you won't receive any Zazzle payments this month.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering why I have not received any payments for a while.

Thanks for the heads up. I just double-checked my Payment Settings, and all seems to be ok. Maybe I fixed them back in February? Glad you posted this though.

edit: after a tip from a forum friend who said he had to hit Save, I did the same. Then it asked for my legal name and social security number, so I filled that in. Then I hit Save. So hopefully it is ok NOW. I am not at the payment threshold anyway, so I wouldn't have received a payment this month, but that really stinks for you guys who WERE expecting a payment. You would think they could put something right there on the payment history page or the Earnings Summary page, so everyone could see. Or a message at login. But then that would mean they wouldnt be able to hold on to everyone's money! Ba$tard$.

Exactly.  It actually showed a pending payment (posted on 5/3) that would be paid on or before the 15th of the month, only to then show the payment as "Cancelled" on the 15th without any reason.  You would think they would be able to tell if your account had incomplete payment settings and notify you on the day they would have normally posted a pending payment to your account.

Zazzle page require again to update payment settings,
and does not allow to download tax form for companies, only for individuals. Zazzle responded after one month with not related to question text.
Check your data - if they will withhold tax in any way, not regarding the treaty.
With their money they even didn't create normally functioning form like others

Found this on IRS
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw8bene.pdf (http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw8bene.pdf)
and could not connect to Zazzle support.
ben - is not valid for compaanies,
ben-e is not provided by Zazzle, and is accepted or not - another month to wait, when they start to withhold tax.

Actually they put efforts to take tax, no matter you are in treaty country or not. they don't speak already about "withheld", but propose to agree with deduction. They don't give their instructions for filling in the form in total, and usage of samples from previous years does not work, they refuse and every time add another part of their instruction in e-mail, keeping proposal to agree with tax. Belgium is in treaty, but in difference from other agencies they are really in efforts to take tax.
