I just got my payment from Zazzle for July and it's almost a 10th of what I expected! The lowest I have made since 2011. I make enough sales there that there's no way this is random variation. What happened? Have they drastically changed their search algorithm or something?

I dont know if they changed their search algoritm but i used to get 75 cents when i sold a postcard and yesterday i got 4 cents. I am not selling anything for 4 cents so i deleted the items. Even my business cards which used to sell well are not doing anything.
In all fairness, i dont upload new products anymore, either.

Are you asking for a low markup? I am set at 50% and it has served me well up until last month.

I did OK in July, for me this month has totally crashed

I havent changed anything since i uploaded the products, so if my commission % has changed, it isnt anything i did. I will check next week.

Don't forget that they changed their SEO for the marketplace this year. Any products that go 6 months without a view or sale no longer show up in a search in their marketplace. That may account for a decline in sales if, like me, the majority of your sales come from the marketplace.

The change in search explains a chunk but it turns out they are also withholding 30% tax. I am so p'd off. I am in a 0% treaty country. I emailed several times to check my form was received. It took them several months to get back to me and I had to resubmit. I've got no idea if they are processing my form still or if they have refused it. How come every other site can automate the process or at least inform you of whether your form has been received or accepted. Got no idea what to do now. If I email they won't get back to me in time for next month.
