Title: who sells prints on Redbubble?
Post by: stockastic on January 01, 2017, 13:23
Who's had any luck selling prints on Redbubble?   I'm not interested in t-shirts or coffee mugs, just wall art.

I've never really tried to get going there, because they don't read IPTC and pounding in all the keywords seemed like too much work for tiny returns.  But with FAA steadily morphing into Zazzle, and Crated going nowhere,  I'm looking for any alternatives.

I have been selling on Redbubble for about a year. I came in here researching print sites as starting to get more requests for prints on my wildlife.  Debating if Redbubble and FAA are the best sites to send them to or is it time to do something like smugmug....
I do get sales through redbubble though....I enable any of the choices the photo works for.  I sell a few prints per month, stickers and pillows.  Before Christmas sold coffee cups and pillows.  I know this is a bit old, but one of the areas I have a tiny bit of experience in and didn't see any responses.

I sell a lot of stickers at redbubble, and the occasional t-shirt. That's about it. Wall art doesn't sell well for me.

Keep in mind I'm a vector illustrator, so maybe my work isn't as appealing for being framed and hung on a wall.
