Title: Zazzle and use of clipart discussions...
Post by: sweetgirll on July 11, 2011, 16:50
There is a discussion going on on their forum in the "create products" section about the use of clipart on products.
Is amazing how people fail to read or understand licenses....and  how some want to use clipart in the wrong ways...It doesn't surprise me.
As far as I know ...most microstock sites don't allow POD.

I noticed that, and we recently had a discussion here about this:
http://www.microstockgroup.com/product-resale-forum/zazzle-and-co-which-agency%27s-el-allows-sale-of-itmes-with-my-images-on-them/ (http://www.microstockgroup.com/product-resale-forum/zazzle-and-co-which-agency%27s-el-allows-sale-of-itmes-with-my-images-on-them/)

It seems that Zazzle wording is confusing, because even if one uses true public domain images, he doesn't own the copyright of them but he does have the right to use those images.
