Does anyone have any experience with having one particular customer buying their products and continually getting it cancelled?  I have a customer that has attempted to purchase the same product three times over three weeks and it keeps getting cancelled. I assume it's a bad credit card.  Do you know if they "flag" customers that keep having their payments fail?

I'm not sure why they get cancelled and repurchased but I have the same thing happen. Sometimes they come back and repurchase in three or four days, sometimes not. Have you tryed contacting Zazzle about the reason why. I've never ask. I just consider it the cost of business.

Yes i had that quite a few times, especially for business cards, not sure if those are just careless people who entered their details wrongly and have to cancel and redo. Anyone knows if customers have to physically return the products to get refund? In the end , though, they always ended up buying the product. For some people i can see that they cancel the first purchase at usual price and bought the later one with a discount, or a referral. In general i dont really care much, it's Zazzle who loses when this happens, not me.
