I don't understand how they can keep their forums offline for so long. I hope it's not just me.

I was visiting and posting in the past two days, haven't had any problems.

This sucks. I cleared my cache and all of that with FF and IE and I only get a blank screen...

The forums are not down are you getting a white page? If so you could be banned. They are on the ban wagon again after the last town hall after deleting many people's post at the meeting down from 20 pages to 16 and banning those who complained and are not now kissing up again.

I was banned a long time ago. They give you no notice, and besides locking your account they seem to use a cookie or even IP tracking, so that you can't even see the forum. Like others, I thought the forum was simply 'down' and I even emailed Zazzle support (ha) which, naturally, never replied.
A lousy company. I'll leave my few products up, because one sells every once in a great while, but otherwise they're just a rapidly shrinking object in my rear view mirror.

Now what they are doing is stripping people of their pro badges as if you are banned by IP you can use a proxy and see the forums. So by stripping you of your pro badge you can see the forums but never the pro rooms as you look like a newbie to the system. Nasty people. And I have as you said never received a reason or reply after threatening me saying they had complaints? But refuse to say what I did??? Children!!! ::)
