I sold this product for $8.55, my royalty is 50.0% and they pay me $3.21 USD. That is not correct, even with their money grab of 5%, I still should be paid $3.85.
Why I am only being paid 37.5% royalty?
I asked Zazzle support, because I am wondering why I am missing 7.5%

Meaning: they let in another middleman. His cut comes out of yours. You'll make it up on volume. No problem.

There is no volume, LOL. So someone else is making money by doing nothing, and using my stuff?

Well not by doing "nothing". He resold a Zazzle product, and Zazzle simply pays him out of what used to be "your" piece of the pie. Don't worry, the TOS no doubt allows this. Just trust them.

They replied, 3rd party takes 20% of my cut....

I was going to close my account after the new TOS. They would take 5% of anything above 15% royalty. So instead of lowering my royalty I upped it to 55% and I sold two times more in 3 months than in the other 12 months I had my account. I have much more big sales now. Its true when they say art needs to be expensive. No one wants cheap art.

They also always have coupons...and promotions...so that means, the prices goes down because of that too.
