I'd just like to let you know that we have a fix in place for the issues causing images to disappear from both search and your portfolio. The site should be correcting itself now but it may take some time.

Our support emails are very backed up at this time due to the issue detailed above. We are working hard to catch up on all emails in our submitters' support queue

As for any reviewing time delays, please understand that our reviewers are working hard to properly address all submissions. Reviews may sometimes take up to 7 days due to the fact that we want to ensure that we provide the proper attention all submissions deserve.
