3 weeks ago Adobe Stock deactivated my account and didn't even send me an email explaining the reasons.
I wrote to the support service, but this email received an automatic response.
I was filling out an appeal. No answer again.
I wrote to Mat. His answer was great - You must write to contributor support using the contact us link at the bottom of the Adobe Stock contributor portal. Thx for help
3 weeks and I don't even guess the reasons.
How long do you usually wait for a support response?
