There is something called "intellectual property" - you may have heard of it. It grants all copyrights to the creator of the files and not any 3rd party (unlike your "contributors").

Those image collection  files you are selling look fishy too. I won't be tracking down any copyright holders but eventually you'll get word from them I'm sure.

This is a good example of how not to start an online business.

Yes, I would agree with you on points you made, I am in process of getting the site clean from listings which have issue of copyright and to be honest cashmyfiles.com is for junk files/wasted files which are not approved by clients. I am new to business will learn a lot in process. I will try to make site as safe as possible for sellers and buyers to avoid any legal trouble. Thank you for pointing out the issues.

It is in beta version and I am working to make it better I will fix the points you have made, For 2 domain names, CashMyJunkFiles.com was too long to type for users, so I tried a shorter name CashMyFiles.com, Soon I will shift website to shorter domain name.

I had bought the zip of 500 & 4600 with resell rigths, I have not made it myself by taking photos of people. I can send details to buyer of the zips if they ask for where I bought.

Not all of the stock sites accept the files usually people have, On cashmyfiles.com you can sell anything which you can zip, User are putting their junk files which they had lost hope to sell. I am one of those guys too, I have put my files for sale which were just sitting in my computer, at least I have hope to earn some money. I am not earning much now as commission is 90% but as site becomes popular I am sure it will pickup sales and I will be happy to get 10% and give my site user 90%. As I think I am fortunate if someone sells their files through my site or my site could be useful to someone.
