Today I got 2 payments out of the free collection. $44,- and $150,-
I think out of 300+ selected images.

2
To add even a little more 'spice'... recently it has changed to 'Minimum payout amount is $80.'

Really? Where did you see this?

When you press "request payout".

I have found my whole portfolio in their Free category, so check yours! This explains the absence of sales.

Not the case. They are all in the premium category.

Ah ok, thanks. So everything will be fine.
That's my current assumption - at least from Panthermedia's point of view, everything seems to be in order.

However, I'm not sure what will happen on the Yayimages side afterwards. I had an account there that generated between 10 and 50 sales every month until September 2023 (always for exactly $0.25 per sale), but since September I haven't had a single reported sale there.
After several inquiries, Yayimages support told me briefly and succinctly that there were suddenly no more sales and that sounds neither probable nor confidence-inspiring ;-)

Still no sales here since the transition. Very strange but also very suspicious.

Where can I find the contributor fund?
I had about $33 in extra income yesterday which I could not address.

Yes, I also have a Panthermedia account and previously had a Yayimages account.
The outstanding money with Panther was correctly transferred to Yay and has already been paid out by Yay (I already had the tax form and ID there).
So far, Panther has kept all its promises to me.

The pictures have not yet arrived on my Yay account, but that could take up to 3 months.

Ah ok, thanks. So everything will be fine.

I've joined MediaCastPro about two years ago, back when it was still free to upload content. Despite uploading thousands of videos, I have never sold a single one, which seems quite strange.
We can close this topic, it's a scam.

Yeah, let's close it. It's a scam.  8)

Are you trying to sell your content via yt or are you making money because people are viewing your content?
Do you really think I am trying sell you anything ? Sorry, NO for all. Maybe I am just different than You think.

You were talking about a market. A market is a place where you can buy and sell stuff. I guess you're not buying video footage, so probably you are a seller of footage.  ::)
Yes I am selling my footage and images like almost all people here. Something wrong if I am looking for new market?

What's your problem? I am just asking a normal question.

" Dear PantherMedia Contributors we have transferred your account information and balances and are currently migrating your images. We will notify you once the migration is complete. In the meantime, you can start uploading new images. Check documentation for uploading instructions."

This was a while ago. I think it is taking a long time by now. Also, there is a payout on hold, but first an ID and a fw8ben have to be uploaded. Anyone else here with a Panthermedia account as well?

ok, a few months have now passed and my first mission has been approved. But nothing else has happened yet. No open missions - how does that work? Aren't there always open missions or do you have to request them?

Number of sales in 2024 so far a third of 2023 (74). However revenues about the same. So revenue per sale up sharply. About 9000 images online.

Roughly $45 has appeared in my Adobe Stock balance and I can figure out why. It happened yesterday, well after the Firefly revenue we received weeks ago, and it doesnt correlate to any sales.

I would reach out to Adobe, but after seeing other folks have their accounts blocked for weeks because Adobe wrongly decided they were fraudsters, Ive thought better of it.

Anyone else have extra cash appear recently / know where it might have come from?

Also here...it says firefly-bonus

I just logged in on my Bigstock account and it seems I'm still selling photos there. There's again a small amount there after I asked for a payout a few days ago.
Also when I check my monthly earnings I see I had sales every month of the past years, until this month.
They stopped accepting uploads, but are they still selling our content to customers?

Do you have to caption your own work?

21
Hey,

I got an invitation to submit to TongRo Images Inc., anybody has any experience with them?

never heard of. What's the contributor's share?

You have to write ten photo captions for AI training for 3 USD.

It's hilarious.

hmmm, thanks. I,m skipping.  8)

Just got this:
Earlier this week you may have received an email from Shutterstock informing you that your unclaimed earnings need to be collected, otherwise they are at risk of being transferred to the state of Delaware. Please disregard that email, you should not have received that communication.

We are aware that as an artist who resides in Russia or Belarus, your options for receiving payments are extremely limited at this time. Your earnings can continue to accrue with Shutterstock until viable options for receiving payment from Shutterstock become available in your country.

We apologize for any confusion our original communication may have caused and appreciate your understanding

All Russian and Belarusian authors should be banned from Shutterstock and their works removed. It is very strange that Shutterstock has a policy of supporting Russians.

What's wrong with Russian and Belarus photographers? They just try to make a living out of photography. Why rob them from their income?
They are not the politicians and rulers who want war.

24
Probably it's not fake. I logged in at my bigstock account and there is indeed a payable amount.

when I click on "missions" I see under open mission: Caption mission.
What does this mean and what will happen when I click on start?

Has this something to do with editorial submissions?
