This morning, my disposable income increased by a 3-digit amount but when I check my sales it shows nothing for that amount. I don't do illustrations, so they certainly don't come from the free collection bonus and I haven't received any emails from Adobe. Now, before reporting the incident to customer service, I would like to know if the same thing has happened to anyone else. Thank you all!

I'm affected too, it seems many if not any contributors are involved
Last time this happened didn't get paid til following month.

But the earnings weren't added back to the balance like this time. So it was a bit different.
Anyway, looking at my balance today, it seems back to normal now.
Same to me, august earnings are not in unpaid earnings anymore

On my account the payment of august just added to my unpaid earnings some minutes ago.
So it seems to be problem with their payment system... we will see :-)

Hey, I didn't want to make a new thread because of this. Anyone having problems with their earning summery missing sales?
Since this morning the amount of this month's earnings on the earning summery page and the unpaid earnings in the upper right corner on my dashboard show a different amount by around $60.
I thought the missing sale(s) would show up eventually, but it's been a while now and new sales keep dribbling in, but nothing to make up for the missing amount.
I also had around $20 more than what the sales states, I thought it was the contributor fund, but nothing is shown there.

Lol. Why my payout button is non active? I can't get payout for some reasons
They are likely reworking their payment processing systems. I already got the payment in Euro, which I issued 1.5 days ago - which is highly unusual and indicates that they are processing the non-USD payments right now. According to the email, from March 3rd all payments will be in USD, so I would expect the payout button to come back tomorrow

Mine were reviewed and rejected for these reasons:
Editorial: Uploads to the Creative or Creative Unreleased collection will be rejected if they are News, Sport, Entertainment or Event Coverage. I requested my payment (PayPal) December 1 and received it earlier today (Dec 9th). If you still didn't receive yours, are you sure your tax information is current?
Payment has been made overnight (Italian night  ), it was just a delay as Mat states.

Payment generally takes 4/5 days. I've been on hold for 11 days now and still nothing. Support says they have a lot of requests to handle, so I was wondering if others are having the same problem.
In the month of Christmas it is a pity that they are all late with their payments.
The typical payment timeline is 7-10 business days. It can sometimes a bit longer during the first of the month as there are many requests to process. Thanks for your patience.

I can see in the FTP client that the file was succesfully uploaded but then, after hours, it doesn't shows in my "new" files section.

I've been made aware that there was an issue with video uploads as is described in this thread. I'm told the issue has now been resolved. Please re-upload any videos that did not appear after your previous upload. Let me know if any issues persist. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Thank you! I have the same problem - uploaded 19 new videos via sFtp and 0/19 apperead in my "new" tab at the contributor site so far.
Will check this later again, maybe it takes a while...
Still 0 after 24h here
