In every civilized country you need to go to COURT to block the money of someone, not only a firm "assuming" "maybe" ,. ! Imagine your bank freezes your money because you sold your old computer and the Buyer complained! This is RIDICULOUS! There are Laws!

To those who never had probs (until now):
It is the same with drinking and driving! You always find some guys saying something like "I always drive after two beers and never anything happenedbalblablalbalb" , but this does not mean that it is safe! Wake up!

It is _really_ time to review your payout methods.
Moneybookers and Paypal, both are known to be unreliable and very restricted in use to few countries.
It CANNOT be that an international company of this size is not able to offer its suppliers an professional payout method. Even if it is just the classical cheque.
