Got the usual "Your latest payment has been calculated and will be paid out later this month." message on July, 3rd, but haven't received the payment yet - which is quite unusual. Have you (Payoneer users) received it?

Did anyone get the "Your latest payment has been calculated" mail for August? Usually it comes between 2nd and 5th...
Or has anyone actually received August payment?

I have a negative amount under "unpaid earnings". Anyone else? Any insight why that might be* (emailed them, but no reply yet)

*No, I haven't deleted images so they could be taking back the doubled earnings from last month

Anyone already got it? I saw in the other thread that payoneer payments have been sent, but what about Skrill? Usually I get it on the 13th/14th.

Since January 17 there are no sales registered in my account. Seems impossible, usually I have 20 or more sales a day. Everything else works.
Has anyone checked their sales these days and similar experience or is it just me?

There seems something broken either on shutter's accounting side or on the customer side; usually I have 5-20 downloads on Saturdays and Sundays, but the last download shown in my account is from Saturday morning and nothing since then – that is most unlikely to be correct,  as it hasn't happened for about 10 years now.
Anybody else with a huge port (mine is 10k files) noticing the same?

... or is it just me?

Got a mail from AS today saying they miscalculated my royalties (no further explanation of which files or days). Yesterday I had balance of $96, today it's $-12 (yes, negative).
Anyone else?

Sold more than 200 files within slightly more than one hour tonight, all subs, mostly old files (some unsold until today), almost all isolated on white - a lot of office and education related files (pencils, folders) and picture frames. About 100 were vectors, mostly flat design icon sets.  Strange, isn't it? Hope I won't find them on a pirate site tomorrow.

As a side effect my FT weekly rank went up from 1,060 to 249 (which can't be bad).

Quotewere recently licensed to an iStock customer in a transaction that did not occur through the website

Royalty was $38.50 (which equates to $0.7 per DL).
Anyone got similar emails or knows what kind of transaction that is, what client and why the royalty is so low?

looking for my images in use I found a site that attributes all stock images with Creative Commons (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). I guess they have downloaded legally from fotolia or shutterstock.
