I changed password in my Adobe Account (CC) and now my contributor account on Adobestock does'nt work. Automatically bring me at the stats page, the upload button is disappeared and when I try to go to contrbutor Home page I fall in loop of access without solution.
What I can Do?

after nine years, now is the first time I need a release for a shoot where are a recognizable person depicted (myself); please could anyone tell me where I can find a release form useful, possibly simple, and acceptable by all agencies.

When I try to edit I got this message: "Error: Due to the massive uploads, you can only make 7000 submissions per week. Please continue the upload process after 7 days have passed since your first submission." But my uploads are only 175 in total!!! I'm new on this site. Could anyone help me?

I'm trying to upload an image on AS and I receive a red alert message like about this: Impossible upload because some errors. What is it? Never see before...  The same image was upload without problems in all other library.

I wonder if 123RF's FTP work today. Because my 40 files charged this morning still processing for about seven hour. Is it normal?

I tried access to my account as contributor (with fotolia credentials). A message told me that I must have to reset my password due an anomalous traffic around my account. they send me a link. Password resetted. New access with new password and they show me a form were I must insert my birth date; I did and the page told me: Access denied "You are not elegible to use this product or service due to the Service Usage Requirements". I can in Fotolia but i can't in Adobe Stock?  Anybody can help me? Thank in advance

I have 52 images approved on Storyblocks for several days but my portfolio still empty!

I have uploaded several vector on CS in October 31 and today ,November 2, the gears still turns around and around. Is it normal or something wrong? I suppose the 2 nd... what you suggest? I hope not to have to reload everything.... thanks

for some days I can no longer upload my AI 10 .eps vector. The system replies that it does not appear AI 10 compatible eps file !!!??? What could be the problem? Anyone can help me?
I'm not exclusive contributor and the same files do not have any problems with the other companies e.g, Shutterstock, Fotolia, etc...

This image was rejected for potentially infringes on intellectual property rights.
Maybe it could have other kind of problems but were is "potentially infringes on intellectual property rights"?
