I was not able to find information here or on shutterbuzz if Shutterstock accepts editorial vectors like this http://www.123rf.com/photo_26090099_facebook-buys-whatsapp-illustration-of-acquisition-of-instant-messaging-service-whatsapp-by-facebook.html
and if so, how to do description (if there has to be date and place even when it is irrelevant)
