Hey Guys,
here is another keyword tool: PixaOrganizer http://software.pixabang.com.
It is issued in two versions: FREE and PRO. It is something similar to Stock Uploader and etc.
It can suggest keywords and add multiple related keywords automatically, manage releases, upload to multiple stock agencies via FTP, show statistics of earnings, ...
