Im wondering about the best timing for holiday uploads. I upload a small amount of vectors and since early buyers are fewer than those buying closer to the holiday, I worry that if I upload too soon, my images might get buried before the peak season.
Whats your strategy?

I have been a contributor to Adobe (Fotolia) since 2016, and during this time, only six of my images have been rejected.
Today, after waiting for over two months without any reviews, a batch of images was reviewed. Some were accepted, others were rejected due to "technical reasons."
Your file has one or more of these issues:
Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements. Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file. Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels) You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file.
I upload only EPS files, not JPEGs, and there are no raster elements in the files. Additionally, these images are part of a series, yet some were accepted while others were rejected. There are no technical issues.
What gives?

How do we upload InDesign templates on Adobe Stock. I see they offer some but I can't find information on selling them. Or is this a separate thing?

Is there an option to search in my own portfolio in my dashboard. I can do it from my public profile but then I can't see how many downloads there are for the image. On Fotolia I was able to search in my public profile and see the number of downloads there.

I had all my ELs on Fotolia set to 100, but now on Adobe Stock they are set to 63.99. Is there an option to change that back to 100?

When I upload my vectors some are looking fine, but other are showing as blank images or just part of the image. For example the contour is missing. Then those that are not properly uploaded are rejected of course. This is all random and there is nothing wrong with the files themselves. I am wondering if there is a possibility the images to be damaged during the ftp transfer or is it something to do with Canva. I am using WinSCP to upload my drawings and I never received an answer from Canva so could you share if you have the same problem or is it only me.

I received a newsletter from Canva and there's a link to upload images which leads to wetransfer. Because nothing that I have uploaded in the last months have been processed I am wondering have they changed their upload system and am I missing something. I've tried to contact them but haven't received an answer.

Is transferring account from a personal to a business account something that is generally allowed on all microstock sites or should I check individually. Also I am reading Shutterstock policies and they say I will be required to obtain and enter a U.S. Employer ID Number but I am not a U.S. citizen. Does it concern only U.S. citizens?

I was wondering is it allowed to create illustrations for mircrostock using the default brushes in Procreate. I asked the creators of the app and they said yes, but is it ok with the stock sites. Until now I've used only brushes created by me.

I found out one of my patterns on a phone case on etsy. I am almost sure it's print on demand because I do sell some phone cases and mugs myself with my own drawings there and I see their mugs are from the same pod place.
Is it allowed to use the images for print on demand with a standard license. The image has probably been bought on 123rf or Bigstock.
By the way how do I look for the sales of a particular image on those two sites?

I think I've read here that I could set my own price for the extended license on Fotolia. Is it really possible as I can't find such an option.

When I have an image that is sold two times as Single & other is there a way to see the sum for each sale individually instead the total money paid for both of the images.

Can someone explain this part from the permitted uses of their extended license:
prints, posters (i.e. a hardcopy) and other reproductions for personal or promotional purposes, resale, license or other distribution;
What does resale mean in this case?
The short explanation of Extended license is this: Multi-use plus extended printing, resale and seat rights.

I am filtering images for a period of time and would like to put them in a folder but I can't find an option to select all images at once instead I have to check each box individually. Is there such an option somewhere?

Can you search in your own portfolio? I don't remember if I've already uploaded a picture and I can't find an easy way to check.

I accidentally found out someone has copied some of my images. She changed shapes and what not but it is so obvious and lazy. This is happening on etsy where I sell too. I am frustrated the whole day and read a lot of discussions there on the topic and the general thinking is that you can't do anything about it if the person didn't trace your image or took your image. I am surprised as it seems to me if everyone thinks like this it will not change and I usually avoid confrontation as much as I can. It seems the rule is- you can submit a notification of infringement, they may take down the listing in question and the person could counter a notice of copyright infringement, then the removed listing may be replaced 10 days after receipt of the counter notice, unless you file an action seeking a court order against the person. What do you do when you find someone copying your work ?

Hello,
I am new to microstock. Are compound paths allowed for vector submissions ?
Thanks!
