Adobe Stock / Demand Adobe Stock to Reinstate Contributor Support and Fair Treatment

Hi all contributors,

I’m starting a petition against Adobe Stock for their unfair treatment of contributor relations. They’ve removed contributor support from the main website(they send only auto template email), leaving us with only this survey link (https://survey.adobe.com/jfe/form/SV_74fM1z4DvUPyPlk) where no one actually addresses our cases. This situation is unacceptable and may even be illegal.

Matthew Smith, Mat Hayward, and Diego R. Gómez seem to no longer care about contributors. We need to raise our voices—this can happen to any of us! Let’s not stay silent.

Adobe Stock / Does amount of not sold images affect overall portfolio rank in search ?

I've question related to Adobe search algorithm and would like to hear opinions of other people, would be best to get @MatHayward's response too.
So the question is does amount of the not sold images in the portfolio affects overall search rank for me ? If I delete images with 0 download from my portfolio, can this increase my overall sales ?

My batches rejected for this error:

"Content lacks clear, compelling, or commercially relevant subject matter and / or execution"

Can someone explain the exact reason ?

A week ago my account had been suspended. I've sent many emails to shutterstock about that but they responded about that issue today writing this email to me:

After careful review of activity within your account, we have determined that your contributor account is linked to suspicious activity across our platform. Your contributor account will not be re-activated.

Paragraph 4 of the Submitter Terms & Conditions gives Shutterstock the right to terminate any existing account " . . . for fraud, intellectual property infringement, violation of a third party's rights including those of privacy or publicity, artificially inflating downloads, submission of material that is obscene in nature, violent or that might be construed as defamatory, failure to comply with Shutterstock's guidelines as may be amended from time to time, or for any breach of the terms of this or any other agreement that you have with Shutterstock.”

Guys, do you know what does it mean "suspicious activity across our platform" ?

Yesterday some accounts from Azerbaijan were disabled without any information, but now support team enabling accounts. I guess there was a technical issue. Does someone else had same issue ?

Today me and my friends can't login to shutterstock accounts. And also when I open to portfolio links 404 not found error happens. When I tried to use forget password it showed account suspended message. Don't know why my account suspended also I haven't get any email about that. My friends say that they got suspended too. Anybody knows the reason

Hi guys,

I'm using stocksubmitter to upload shutterstock and others also istock. Shutterstock, adobe is ok but i'm totally new to istock. I've just registered and started to upload my vector illustrations to istock. But there is not any image metadata in submission. All fields are empty. But I've written title,desc,keywords for image. What's the problem ?

I've a company, my employees are designers and want to register as business account on Shutterstock.
Now question is does Shutterstock require some contract or agreement between owner and employees ?
Or should I create contract considering Shutterstock's contributor rules ?
