Has anyone else had problems with their payment lately?
My profile lists my latest request as "payment error."
I've already contacted support, but in the meantime, I wanted to find out if this was a widespread issue or just me.

I've just got an email from Shutterstock with a "content removal" title but then the body of the email is the "your latest payment... ect" message, but without any data on it (and all the images broken).
Did anyone else had received this email?

Hi everyone, I don't know if it's just me, but for some time now, any new content I upload has been rejected.
On the other hand, my monthly revenue is increasing, so I don't think it's a problem with the quality of my photos, which are accepted and sold with reasonable success by other agencies.
So, I ask: is this happening to anyone else?

This morning, my disposable income increased by a 3-digit amount but when I check my sales it shows nothing for that amount. I don't do illustrations, so they certainly don't come from the free collection bonus and I haven't received any emails from Adobe. Now, before reporting the incident to customer service, I would like to know if the same thing has happened to anyone else. Thank you all!

Hello everyone, this morning I received the payment from Canva, however the PayPal transaction is pending and the resolution center is not working at the moment.

Can anyone tell me why despite the 7 downloads, no commission was credited to me?
I know about the revenue sharing program, but these downloads don't appear among those.

Payment generally takes 4/5 days. I've been on hold for 11 days now and still nothing. Support says they have a lot of requests to handle, so I was wondering if others are having the same problem.
In the month of Christmas it is a pity that they are all late with their payments.

I can see in the FTP client that the file was succesfully uploaded but then, after hours, it doesn't shows in my "new" files section.

I have a problem uploading files today: the file seems to be correctly uploaded but then it doesn't appear in the "under revision" page, but it still remain in the "new files" page, ready to be submitted.

Hi all, I have 3 questions about Canva:

- Is it possible to know the rejection reason for my images (I can only see an (S) but I can't find anywhere what it stands for)?
- On my profile page just appeared a slider that say: 200mb storage space available, upgrade to canva pro to obtain more storage space. Does this mean that I have to purchase a Pro account to submit more file to sell?
- Is there a way to delete rejected files (I can see them in my Portfolio page where they have two buttons [edit and deactivate], but they do nothing apparently] and empty some space?

Unlucky situations could turn in earning occasion if you are a stock photographer.
