Benefiting from the annual "Contributor Bonus Program" licence mentioned in this forum, with Lightroom Classic and Photoshop 20go, tonight I had the unpleasant surprise of discovering that I can no longer use either program. My Adobe account's plan has been changed to "Lightroom 10go."
I used the host file repair tool, which fixed two entries, but it still doesn’t work. I then deleted all Adobe entries from the host file, logged out, logged back into my account, updated the software, and still cannot use Lightroom Classic or Photoshop—they are locked and ask me to purchase a license.
Two days ago, I experienced the same issue, but it resolved itself within two minutes. Now the situation seems stuck.
Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?

Hello, do you know this site ? I just search and find that Europosters is selling a large amount of my photos printed and framed with a lot of sales, is it legal to offer photos purchased on a microstock platform for sale online and make a profit on them? at the bottom of the page I can see other photos taken by me for sale. There's my name spelled wrong (a "e" is missing) and when I click on it I come across a gallery that has nothing to do with my photos. https://www.ukposters.co.uk/rainforest-morning-fog-f33113644

I've sent many times a new W-8BEN form as requested on the website and it has never been reviewed, I've got no email, nothing, usually it takes 2 days for approval. What happen with this site ? I've 100$ to withdraw and I don't want 30% taxes because of their inaction.

I used to sell every month on Photodune and last month when I checked the stats i saw 0 sales and almost all my portoflio deleted, noly 5 images are remaining without previous advert, including the good sellers items ! Is it a joke, a hack or are they going totally mad in this website ? I've sent a request and i've got this stupid reply : "I looked into this and it seems like you have not sold any items in June. I'm sorry to hear about the recent drop in your sales. There are always fluctuations, but overall marketplace health is very good. Buyer trends, tastes, and the competition available are all fluid targets, but it's what drives this quick evolving world of digital sales. (If it was easy, everyone would do it, right?) It's hard to really pinpoint what causes downturns. If we knew that, we would definitely share it so you could take advantage of buyer needs. I would focus on continuing to make a name for yourself, supporting buyers, and releasing updates and brand new items. It all helps, even little by little! I hope that helps, please hang in there!" Is it a robot or a human behind these sentences ? How can a professional site can be so inconsistent and outrageous ? Does they contest with Getty to win the price of the best photography crooks of the year ?

So, after the "Istock affair", who is just the beginning, here is my personal list and thinking about some "bad" agencies:
-Fotolia: lowered many times commission, change many times the contributor ranking system, and is capable of vicious tricks like simulating a glitch in the file editing section to force the extended license at 10$ and many more to come...of course.
_Dreamstime: no more price difference for subscription download of high level files, disappeared during one night...more to come...
- photodune: very low prices, extended license is a joke, and never make the effort to change the painful upload procedure for model releases, they don't care at all for contributors, only "blablabla" on the forum, just to simulate a concerned attitude, but nothing in action, nothing at all.
Depositphoto: forces very low prices extended licenses if you don't ask for opt out by email, almost only subscription sales at the lowest price in the market. Tendencies to be not clear in the explanations and is capable of vicious tricks like his guru model, Fotolia.
123RF:new commissions cut and more...some of yours know better about it.
So, you think that you want, but we must warn every contributors about these sleazy acts.
Beside these agencies, others never stop to purpose new licenses and new products for both the customer and the contributor, some with 50% commission.
Like in the biological life, there's always symbiosis associations and always pests. If we want a nice future for stock photography, we must work in a symbiotic way and find solutions to stop feeding the pests.
Sorry for my low English level.

A designer asked me to apply some modifications on one of my files for using it in a template. I have to re-upload it as an update, so I attached the new file, clicked on the submit button and after a minute i have a blank page with the message: "405 Not Allowed", my file is a 12mb one. I've tried 10 times with model release and without and nothing change. One more time Photodune upload doesn't works, waste of time in a feudal age. Thank you Photodune.

There's a new topic about it on shutterstock's forum.
The glitch of the week : Look at your new pictures approved and downloaded many times and you will see they are not showing up in the most popular files of your gallery, you'll find them at the end!!!

A very simple question: I have some pictures already in sale as editorial on shutterstock and mostphotos, is it possible to sell them at Alamy as "licenced" at the same time?

First batch approved a month ago, and uploaded 60 pictures, after 4 weeks I see today they are all rejected!!! The first picture was rejected for interpolation artifacts and I don't know for the others, no reason given. What means exactly this sentence: "If we fail one image, we will reject all images in all media awaiting QC (they will have the same QC date). Does it means if the first picture fail passing QC, all the others failed too? ?

I'm Microstocker since only june , I've uploaded 400+ photos on "big 6" sites, except Istock (only 170+). I know that a part of my pictures isn't real "stock photos", like insects and some travel photography. But i think something is wrong in my "business": I sell almost only on shutterstock (800 downloads by month) and almost nothing on other sites except Istock. On dreamstime only 84 downloads since june, same on fotolia and not better on stockxpert, i don't know exactly why: style of pictures? Too much different subjects? bad keywording? bad title? Need selection and erase some pictures? My English is very average and it's maybe the reason, maybe in title and descriptions...but it's seems ok for Shutterstock. If some microstockers "Doctors" could have a look at my portfolios and give me a simple diagnostic and advice, it could be very helpful for me!
Thanks Stéphane
