I have been using the camera now for 3 months.....and it is great!  Yesterday I had it outside for first time...and I tried the Continuous (high) mode...but could only get two shots before camera would be busy!  So...I looked online and found out that if I turned off the Noise Reduction it would fix that problem....and it did!  So then I got to wondering if there are better settings!

what about Noise Reduction, Metering, selectable AF points?

I was kind of looking for a guide to it.....or somewhere to start!

I have a Canon 1Ds Mark III and would like to know what is BEST customs settings to have the camera on?
