IMO, if you make a non-spammy meaningful variation then you should also upload that as a vector. If you only upload it as a PNG you are missing out on buyers who need a vector. However if you upload it as a vector, it will additionally be available as a PNG.

So long as the vector has a transparent background it will be offered to the buyer as all 3 formats: vector, PNG and JPG. It is unnecessary to upload files in both vector and PNG formats, and could put your account at risk for spamming.

Just upload the vector file. Adobe will make the jpeg and if there is a transparent background they will also make a png, and the buyer will have all the options available to them to choose from.

Interesting that this is the thread that simply will not die despite the stats being pretty meaningless because they are only based on downloads not earnings. I have started out the week with 4 video DLs earning $33.29 and 1 image DL for $0.34 and my weekly rank is 13,750th.

Sales numbers were a lot more than I was expecting based on the YTD counter. Apparently some people got an email saying that there would be some sales from previous months in this month's Royalty Statement, and apologising for the lateness of this reporting. I didn't get the email.

Deletion of uploaded files is treated same as file rejection and effects on your stats and sales.
If that is the case with deleting stuck files, then the effect would be negated when re-uploading them back into the queue?

It seems that some people are getting images reviewed and others seem to get buried never to be seen again, I am wondering if it is worth deleting images and resubmitting them to get them back up the top of the Q?
It has worked for me on a handful of occasions in the past to resubmit the stuck files and they have been reviewed more quickly. But there is no need to delete the older ones first, you can delete them if the newer ones get reviewed. Otherwise I would leave the older ones there in case they get reviewed first, and then I would delete the newer ones.

I think diversifying across major stock sites is a good strategy as opposed to exclusivity, because success in stock has a significant amount of luck associated with it. In my experience content can sell hundreds of times on one platform and barely any times on others, and it all just depends on whether you got lucky with the algorithm.

Getty connect sales are for places like pinterest where people share small getty preview images. They do NOT get the full size image as a download.

Last year my portfolio was featured in recent top sellers 4 times, this year only once. Last year I had a couple of images that sold 1000 plus, this year Im lucky to get 50 downloads for my bestsellers
Have you experienced a lot of copying of your bestsellers?

Vertical videos work fine on AS, but P5's are broken. I have uploaded a few vertical videos there and they show up in the search results until I actually check the Vertical filter and then they disappear! I have been in touch with their support and they have replicated the issue and are aware of it but are still working on it after several weeks.

The best way to contact support is to use the Contact Us link at the bottom of your contributor dashboard. Provide them with the file numbers that were incorrectly labelled as AI and they will sort it out.

Regardless, direction to prioritize one type of content and neglect other is direction from Adobe, not their own choice
Well I could be wrong. But they have a testimonial on their homepage from Adobe Stock's Director of Creative Operations thanking them for their services and partnership.

Can I report an account to Shutterstock that contains stolen videos, but none of them are mine? If so, what email address is best to use? If I give them about 10 links to the original content on various sites would they remove the whole portfolio or just those clips?

I also discovered "stuck" searches. If I do a general search on Adobe for "Halloween" it updates regularly with a fresh mix. If I do a search for "Halloween copy space" I get the exact same selection for over 3 days now.
In my own port if I do a search for "tea", "easter", or "christmas" it updates and changes regularly.
If i do a search for "food" or "people" or "winter" I get the exact same selection for again more than 3 days.
It is a weird bug.
Tried different browsers and also being logged out. Still there.
Anyone else seeing this?
Stuck searches or inability to change galeries and image of the landing page?
Sounds weird, please report it to Support.

There is a warning in the video submission requirements that says "Duration needs to be at least 5 seconds and not exceed 60 seconds."
How can they accept a 3-second video?
The moderators accept videos under 5 seconds and from my observations a short time later the videos get deleted.
