Worst, Envato don't pay you if you quit, if your balance is not more than 50$ ... also, you need to contact them and confirm thrice that you really want to close your account. Maybe if you wait a little on dreamstime you'll get your 100$ balance

Hi everybody ! This morning as usual, I opened the microstockr app on my iphone. Unfortunatly, it crashed. Again and again. I restart the phone. The app is crashing again and again. I deleted it and reinstall it. I lost all my login . I log again at few agencies and it crash again. Anyone else ? I don't use the desktop MicrostockR App as I only check my sales via my phone.

I love microstockr app but I use it 95% on my mobile phone and 5% on my computer. When I want to take a look at my sales is when I'm not home and I just want to check my balance in 30 seconds. Sadly, the mobile app is not updated often. Few agencies are broken. I had issue with canstockphoto. Now alamy and pond5 are unavailable. My question is, are you working on both platform mobile and desktop app to be improved ?

I tried to ask them twice to close my account and pay my account balance. They only respond the same thing again and again that I have to wait. It's been since november nothing is moving there. What can I do ?

istock is always going bad showing less and less for the contributor, shutterstock usually made good changes ! It's good ! But just need few improvement but it's ok to me like that also !

1 - I'dlike to see thumbnail of "not yet submit" and "waiting approval" section on the contributor dashbord. The same as active image ... 3 thumbnail at least.
2 - same thing with the video, on the same pannel as the images. Additional resources don't need to be this big at the left.
3 - I'd like to see daily earning on the dashboard
4 - switch the frame of the map with the earning type section.
5 - Sets don't need thumbnail
Tha's how I see the dashboard from my contributor eye ! It's not bad but it need few changes.

I don't need to wait my email. I close my account today. Not be able to upload images since november is just not serious to me. I won't lose my time anymore also it's my lowest learner. But it's awful how they treat good contributor. I don't want to be a part of this agency again. I have pretty good vector selling very good and they never approved them anyway... Good luck Envato !
