Hi Is there a guide somewhere that helps working out how different RF images can be so some can be submitted as RM? thanks
No, because that would be up to the judgement of the licensing agency. I wouldn't submit images from the same shoot to different models.

Some of these contributors could have people working for him. Image factories, basically.
Oh they all do. Makes you want to quit right now.

He was actually on this forum before. I think he was a student.
That's what I thought. I remember looking at weather themed videos.

Irina, thanks for your reply.
I know that we can filter images by popularity etc. on microstock sites but what I mean is some analytic online service that will have data from several microstocks and where is possible to see exact numbers of downloads/sales of most popular items by category and keywords.
Come up with your own themes and concepts.

You're just as likely, if not more so, to get $1 for a license on Getty than $100.

Not much really, except they don't take everything you throw at them.

I'm trying to find this Scott Maxwell feller that makes these little gold guys.
https://us.fotolia.com/search?p=20394
I had found them posted on a blog or something last year, tried to email him about cost on a custom one and never heard back. We've used it for our local newspaper annual contest thing for years and tonight I can't find a 2017 one anywhere. At this point it's branded the contest pretty heavily :/
I do an orange guy, if you're interested. Let me rephrase that. I can do 3d renders of an orange fellow with various props if interested.

Usually the model is exposed appropriately with the surroundings bright. Post one of yours if wanting critique.

I was't clear. I have variable portfolio, but now I am seeing the future in small niche portfolios, or in very large. In my opinion I need in my portfolio the very best pics, the other 68-95% (statisticaly 1-2 standard deviation interval, sellings probably copying normal distribution - delete them. In every minute I am losing many USD with care with my database, uploads, feedbacks, statistics, kw, etc.).
No, you were clear. There's no need to delete work from the micros to make your port smaller. It won't result in any more sales.

In my portfolio are 6000 pics in SS, Fotolia. I plan reduce the size to best earner 1000 pics, others, unsoldable, low earners, delete. Is it good idea?
Nobody shopping those sites cares about your "portfolio". They're only looking for the image they need.

You know that bolding things doesn't make them any more correct, right?

the photo is clearly artwork and not advertising.
Those two things are not mutually exclusive.

I have around 8,500 videos on dreamstime and earn around $50 per month.
Yet you don't know how to shoot in sunlight?

"again,I have seen the photo and it is not advertising. it does not promote any product or service."
Lol, it wouldn't be on the wall or in the restaurant if it wasn't serving a purpose promoting the restaurant.
If you've seen it, let us in on it.

A poster on the wall of a commercial business promoting various aspects of that business is advertising. Pretty simple.

To set the record straight, 2 cents is a worst case scenario and shouldn't happen very often. You need to let the transition go into effect and see what happens. A lot of situations with the buyer have to line up for you to have a 2 cent sale.
And, amazingly, they probably will, quite often.

- you cannot assume chipotle is using the image illegally. we haven't seen it yet. if it says something like "ACTUAL CUSTOMER" under the photo, then it is going to be 100% legal for them to use it, similar to an editorial use.
Uh, no.

That's just a generic link to adobe. You need to get one with your creatorID in it. And not a Netherlands one, plz.
Scroll down the page, on the left you can change region (language)
I know, but I'm doing him a favor. Don't make me work at it. There's only 30 images, and most of them are macros of oil paintings. I can't see much potential right now.
