I started having problems this week. I am on satellite broadband and they place a "script" (proxy) in IE.
When the script is in use, I cannot reach your site. I get this error: Network Error (tcp_error)
Without the script, I do not have trouble getting through. I never had the problem prior to this week.

If he had searched first, he would have found a post with admin saying review times
are slow right now and they will be returning to normal as soon as possible.
In short, search before getting upset.
