If my pictures are ugly, I am ugly too. In my eyes the sky is different blue... Uuuugly Uuuuugly!!!

All of us just feel like that some days
Ain't no rainbow in the sky,

All of us just feel like that some days
Ain't no cure that you can buy
When you feel U.G.L.Y.
And that's uuuuugly....

Same here.  ;)
Last 3 batches of total 150 (or more images) rejected (except 2 or 3 images)
Im have a lot of patience but this is enough.
I wont upload more images and wait until I reach a payout. Then I will delete my account.

If they can live without my images, I can live without their ridiculous comission and review sistem

My last batch of 8 photos is rejected completely within 5 minutes...

I have same conclusion,game over.

Don't worry Peter...

Problem is solved probably with the W-8 when SS requested from you ...

Then is everything on contributor's  decision...

if they send those documents in english, how those people in offices here in bosnia can understand them? if I have to go to citty hall for aproval of that document for example.... thats stupid. then they could ask me to pay a tax from my country.... :S

I think you will be (with the W8) exempt from taxation in the U.S. as a stranger .

You will decide whether you will report this earnings in your own country , as any other earnings that are not under the jurisdiction of your country...
W8 is only for agency  to report that they can send your income to you freely...

Rotation of contributors doesn't make sense (but can be true), search matching have to be at first place...

« on: January 19, 2009, 09:54 »
I'm not an accountant, but I think a 1099 just shows money they have paid you, so you can report earnings if you have to file income taxes. (In the USA)

I think you're right. Only citizens of that country has tax withheld. All others get a form to indicate the amount of income /commission paid to them. You declared that to your country's IRS
if you have any taxable income.
At least that is from my understand of taxation laws . It should be no different anywhere.

I think you have right!

W8 is only in tracking or evidence purposes of agency, probably because of their obligations, foreigners possibly pay taxes in their country if they have to...

Takestock, I think you were not supposed to send the W-9, it is the only for U.S. citizen, indicated on SS account where is legal forms...

Also on their site does not have a W-8...

And this is the answer...
...
it would be the W8 for non-US submitters. It is for record-keeping purposes; you are not being asked to pay US taxes.

Hi guys!

This is not my conclusion, Only transmit what I have read.
Go to the SS forum and find the last topic about 1099 tax form, there is some answers...
My opinion is that is only for a record on a agency...

But, what is OUR conclusion, for non-resident aliens,do we have to pay taxes in US or not!?
Older topics here say NO...

I am confused...

Yes, but for whom?

I found something similar...
http://www.liewcf.com/blog/archives/2006/06/w8-form-for-non-us-residents/

For non-U.S residents who earned money from U.S based online affiliate programs, you will be asked to submit a W8 form. Dont be frightened by this U.S government document. It is very easy to fill in the form. Ill show you how.

W8 form or W-8BEN is the Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding. It is required by the U.S. based company so that they dont need to report to the U.S. tax office about any income paid to you.

If I understand well, you are not U.S. citizens ...
Why they send you this form 1099!?

Is this some kind of agreement via US-EU, or only a glitch?
On their site is only W-9 form (U.S. citizens only)...
Where is the difference between W-9 and 1099!?
