I found the same problem: my pay pal address was missing. I reentered, but we will receive our money this month?

iStockPhoto.com / Re: Subs reporting stopped at march 13th
« on: April 27, 2016, 03:30 »
I thought all March PPs were done reported about a week ago but had a few more coming in today, anyone else?

Not really.

I don't know what is happening there but March was by far my best month. I've made almost double from what was before my best month. Also sub sales almost doubled.

And so far, for now April si looking very good too. I don't know if this is just random or has something to do with Veer customers migrating to iStock.

My subs sales were higher then usual too in March, but my PPs still look really really under-reported

Same thing for me.

I saw some couple of days without PP for March. From 14 to 17 March I don't see any PP, witch is not usual...

Well, I will not send any e-mail. Those files are on-line on other sites and there are also selling with more than 0.22$ or whatever, so, from my point of view, they lose also from this huge approved time.

New Sites - General / Re: eyeem and colourbox
« on: April 01, 2016, 01:00 »
indeed the getty plan is not exclusive anymore. i wanted to ask you if the lack of the watermark is not a big issue here because i have seen many many wonderfulphotos you cant find on micros that arent protected at all.

Seems it still is. I just got this email from eyeem "Congratulations! One or more of your photos have been exclusively shortlisted to be included in The EyeEm Collection at Getty Images." In the license agreement it says,

Your photos will be sold via Getty Images through their global network
Youll make 50% of net revenue EyeEm receives from Getty. Photos can be licensed several times from different clients, and youll profit from each license purchased
The photos in this Collection are under an exclusive distribution license. This means that they can only be sold and distributed via Getty Images and EyeEm Market

So how can the deal be no longer exclusive? Confusing!

I received the same email  :-\

you are getting paid the same at the other 6 agencies you are with

You almost right... But on SS, DT, FT, Alamy, Pond5, DP, I receive more than 0.28$. It was the first time when I receive such a small revenue on PD....

Canon wideangle lenses are the worst of the market you better go with Sigma, Tamron etc. BTW I have th 16-35mm/2.8 from Canon and I can't recommendend it especially not considering the price tag.

It's a big difference between 16-35/f2.8 and f4. The last one is much better. You can look in my port and you will see that all my pictures with Dubai city was made with Canon 6D and Canon 16-35/f4.
 ;)

Was this taken at 16mm with 6D?

I think so. I'm not sure but when I will arrive at home I will check my picture and tell you more precise.

Yep, was 16 mm  :)

They just updated their site to say the wait time is down to three weeks. Let's see if that holds true.

It's still over 2 months on my upload page

Same for me  :-\

« on: February 02, 2016, 06:17 »
I sent them an e-mail last month about the same problem and, on 28th January, I receive this answer:

"Sorry for the delay in responding to your email.
There's an issue with the Earnings page previously due to our IT Team making some changes and upgrading the earnings display. Earning page was affected and offline for about a week, it has been resolved now.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
