For me too, they also accept everything that's not instantly rejected by their Artificial Stupidity algorithm.

The rejection examples provided in this thread were justified, in my opinion.
I don't see a problem with Adobe, overall. SS, on the other hand, with their initial Artificial Stupidy algorithm is a totaly different story. ![]() 180

General Stock Discussion / Re: This month's sales« on: June 02, 2023, 17:50 »Good month for me. I create much less than this. I can only work 1 or 2 days on the weekends. An item requires 30 minutes (or more) of post-processing minutes for me. In 2022, I barely uploaded the minimum Adobe required for the free all-apps subscription. This year, I somehow managed to upload about 100 assets (video+photos) My total port is under 2k assets (photos + videos). 182

You said you like sharpening with Topaz AI.
I must say that I am also impressed with the SuperSharp AI "extra" from Luminar AI. It is inventing blurry details with surprising precision, without destroying the image with those ugly contour artifacts specific to the old-school sharpening methods from LR or PS. 184

Good month for me.
Second best May behind May 22 and the best month of this year. Adobe was #1, slightly better than SS. 185
General Stock Discussion / Re: Rejections on adobe« on: June 01, 2023, 08:08 »I normally check for sharpness at 100% but Adobe seems to find other things wrong, they even reject for color balance which can be subjective. Shutterstock now seems to accept nearly everything including my river landscape shown here so they've changed their reviewing process recently. On one hand, I can see very soft, smushy trees, and on the other hand, sparkling oversharpening HDR like artifacts. Attached is a 100% zoomed piece of the left side of the 1st photo, but the same is also valid for the 2nd. 186

Check the tiles in the foreground. The stitching failed. You can clearly see the misalignment even on that low res photo. Sorry, but that rejection is justified. 187

Ha!
It was not instantly rejected as it was for the previous 6-7 times I tried. 6 hours after, it is still in the pending queue. This may work, looool! ![]() 189

I noticed that some photos are instantly rejected (a minute or so after the upload). Moreover all subsequent attempts are also rejected instantly, no matter how many times I retried (even several weeks apart).
When it doesn't happen, the photos are staying in the queue for a day or two and then are approved 100% of the time. The instant rejection is only for noise/pixelation... Obviously there is an algorithm doing this pre-check before humans go through the same stuff and just click the accept button. My conclusion is that the algorithm is confusing some dense urban skylines and buildings with regular patterns of windows/details (like in Miami, see the 100% zoom below) with pixelation/noise, thus instantly rejecting perfectly fine photos. 191

This is the icon shown in Microstockr for those earnings. I believe that it's generated by SS and made available through their API.
It also bothers me that I opted out back in February, and I still see my images being used to train my competitors, without my consent. 199
