Hi Franky
Your DeepMeta is great tool so thank you for it. Using only that for submitting to IS(Getty)
I clicked Verify and it say "Login OK" so it wasn't that.
Few things other then this problem what I started to like less or dislike in newer version (it was working fine few weeks ago):
For example... when I put two keywords (full length, full body) it automatically recognized "full length" and its stayed like that now, but other keyword (full body) there was an option "full body isolated" now it only recognized it as another "full length" (and it's grayed because I already have that word) and no other options. So I have to manually write "full body isolated" for every picture.
One more example... also 2 keywords (latin, latino) first is always recognized as ethnicity and for second word (latino) there were several options (I had choose Latin American dancing) now that option is also gone.
Those are only 2 examples but with every newer version there are more and more needs to write words manually and less options to select from keywords examples. I hope it will go back as it was because it was faster and easier.

also seeing big drop this week and bugged submittion:
uploaded 2 batches, one in saturday other in sunday (day later), batch from saturday not showing and not reviewed, and batch uploaded on sunday was showing and was reviewed so now I deleted saturday batch it was obviously bugged.

using 3.0.3
uploading is fast and takes seconds, but submitting takes up to 10 minutes per image
never been so slow
edit: now it doesn't submit them, only upload (I check on esp and see files are uploading but not submitted)
am ok with that but it takes so much time to fail submitting and start upload of next file

Just read that Excel Starter doesn't have the pivot creation function  Sorry, don't know what to suggest. Perhaps download and install a trial version of full Excel to prepare this pivot...
no problem, you tried to help. doesn't matter, to much hassle to see something that I payed 85% of my earnings to see simplified and clearly

You need to download your report in txt format, open it in Excel and create a pivot (summary) table of the huge and long table originally provides us.

last year (I saved excel file before they took it off) withhold tax was (30% in my country) total about 150usd (average about 12-13 usd per month)
this one month they took 65 usd (I earned this January about as it was my monthly average in last 6 month in 2016)
so, it looks like suddenly over night 50% of my sales are from us buyers.
Is it me or USA is third world country without any inspection for companies against frauds?

I earned them almost 1500 $
i got less then 450, after 30% tax reduction (non-treaty country) I got less then 370 $
many 0.03, few 0.02, ok some subscription sales are above those 0.28 but overall...
shutter and fotolia, please keep bringing costumers to your sites so I can kiss getty goodbye. (no just stop upload, but to close my account)

i am first to dump them if my earnings go down after last changes but it's like this: ss 45% of my earnings is 40% of my earnings ft/123/alamy/dt 15% unfortunately that's why.

Please keep this simple and clean topic
Looks like I'm beginner and need some explanations, so here are my situations:
1. after uploading batch from deepmeta 3.0.0. it is shown on esp site under my content /upload and review content
my first batch was there with this informations:
0 reviewed, 33 submitted, 33 uploaded, status active. I guess it was okay.
2. now after few days I uploaded second batch with deepmeta 3.0.1.
0 reviewed, 17 submitted , 18 uploaded, status active. one file is missing.
okey, on deepmeta it say that one file need to be submitted, but I can't submit any files (when i select that batch and go to upload menu, no files can't be submitted) and if I chose that file and try to change something on it in deepmeta notice says that the file is already sent to ESP and no longer can be changed. when I want to see that batch summary on ESP site, it says that this file is "not submitted"
i am confused. very.
and that is not the best part
3. I saw that my first submitted batch with 33 files is not "active" anymore and it is on "needs revision" status and it says:
0 submitted 33 uploaded.
When I want to see submission summary it says "Revise" for all files
What I need to revise, who need to revise, is it new term for review or what?
