I could not understand Yuri when it came to the swivl mount that he was using, does anyone know what the name of this product is?

Similar trademarks, however, might not be permitted if the public would be confused or if the value of a strong mark would be diminished or tarnished (dilution).

The owner of a trademark is the first to use the mark in interstate commerce and requires continuous use in commerce to retain ownership. The owner of a copyright, depending on the circumstances, is either the creator or the employer and no publication, use or distribution is required.

The copyright owner has rights for a term of 50, 75, or 100 years depending on the entity owning the copyright. The trademark owners rights are indefinite as long as the trademark is properly used and protected by the owner.

Holgs, you cannot trademark a common word, that is why companies do long very intense searches to make sure that thier names do not mean anything in any land. Such as Kodak, Verox and Exxon. You may trademark the "Apple: if it is in a custom font or thier famous apple with a bite out of it. 

I purchased both my Lightroom and Photoshop directly from Amazon wiythout any proglens at all. Amazon right now is one of the largest distributors of software. If you buy from them or another large company such as MacMall you will not have to worry about it being pirated or counterfiet. Whil in China I was surprised on how many conterfeit software products I came across.

I carry a G10 when I do not want to caryy a full size slr. Its good because it still shoots raw files. I believe the s90 also shoots raw

make a portfolio of your work about twtnry to thirty images. Just some real good 4x6 or 5x7's. By showing them that you  are pro and also giving them a copy of the print, msot people will be happy to sign. Also be willing to give them a med res. jpeg. One of your outtakes so they can send a copy to mom or facebook. After school is in, I am going to run an post in craigslist that I am willing to shoot a casual portrait (environmental) for free if they willing to sign a release for stock photography

I have decided to quit photography and live on all the money I have won or inherited from relatives that I did not know. So far this week, I have recieved 1,000,000 pounds from Coca Cola and 13.5M from an uncle. At this rate I should be able to buy Microsft within two years.

I like "B" as well, but I would tone down the white that is to the left side of the nurse's face. It is way to bright for me and distracts my vision away from the main subject matter. Also is it possible to get some more detail and color into the hand below. It seems a bit hot to me. Please forgive me if these have not been edited for the final submission.
